I use a very gentle touch on the cold start lever. I've replaced 2 broken ones in the last 18 years on the same T4. You can only buy the LHD version of the lower half of the cable (the part that breaks). RHD part is obsolete.. Looks like a fantastic T4 for the price. It would still have been a baragin at twice that price.
Take a look at where the end of that cable sits. It is right down on the front of the engine. Ball and socket fitting. Quite fiddly. Once you see that and imagine having to replace it, you will be more gentle with it. 😂 @Janauto1

Thanks for the tip, heard you supposed to use it on cold starts but it starts pretty well either way, gonna take it easy on the handle 😃

Use manual boost control, boost up to 1.2bar, incerase fuel quantity (only 13 and 6mm wrench needed) and get about 95 instead of 68hp...
Read about that will need to try it soon and maybe it will go a bit faster 😂
