2025 Kawasaki KLX 230 Sherpa: The Most Stylish Off-Road Bike Yet | Design, Specs, and Features

The 2025 Kawasaki KLX 230 Sherpa has been unveiled in Japan with a modern design featuring a new color palette and subtle design changes. It retains the twin LED headlight setup but with a dual-tone effect and a black windscreen. The bike features a new fuel tank with more subtle shrouds, knuckle guards, and a blacked-out finish for the front forks. The mainframe and swingarm now have a body-color treatment, and the single-piece seat and exhaust heat shield are finished in black. The bike rides on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels with off-road tires and single petal disc brakes at both ends. It generates 18 PS and 19 Nm of torque and weighs 134 kg. The KLX 230 Sherpa will be available in three color options and is priced at 638,000 yen.
