    Hey mate. Great tute. Heads up - You can easily centre the anchor point of a layer or shape by Command + Double clicking the pan behind tool. (ctrl + double click on PC)

    This is exactly what I was looking for! I have to animate a path across a map for work; we recently got the Adobe Suite but I've never used AE before, someone recommended Trim Paths as a way to make the effect, and this looks like the exact best way to do it. Thanks for this!

    I still find this very confusing. And I have 2 degrees. What does "start" and "end" refer to? A line and a circle or any path have 2 different starts and ends depending on which one you designate as such. Is there a default start and end? Does the line start from the left or right? Please help.

    Hey nice tutorial. However I still have a problem for days now with this, because I have a smartphone icon with some transparency and I need to apply the trim path effect on it only on the borders of the shape exactly like you did but instead I get some weird whiteness filling the whole icon including the transparent parts. Any suggestions that could help me solve this ?

    hey bro, i have a problem with trim path, i need a simple rectangle animation( like your circle in ths video) but with infinit loop. how can i loop this without using 2. layer ? when i use valueAtTime(time % key(numKeys).time) it work half way, can you help me out with htis issue, icant figure out wahts the problem. for example i just need a animated rectangle like the nokia handy game snake in the 90's BUT with infinit loop....please i will subscribe and hit like. thank you bro
