The expelled gas from these stars are hydrogen, helium, oxygen and nitrogen if I recall your lectures about dying stars correctly?

How does the matter and gas form between galaxies and since there is as much visible matter between galaxies than in galaxies if the visible mass between galaxies got dense enough and with the help of dark matter could they form new galaxies

All the matter found in the universe was formed during the initial stages of the universe (during the Big Bang). The material between galaxies is not dense enough to make new stars and new galaxies.
