I work at a appliance store and we sell those. That's an 15 inch wide undercounter wine cellar. Typically most sold are the 24 inch wide ones.. Yours looks to be a single temperature zone whirlpool model. Wine bottles will fit, just not the larger size bottles . Should be able to fit about 34 bottles.
That is a beverage fridge sis. You put single serving bottles or cans of beverages in there. Look up “beverage Fridge”. You fancyyyyy!

That’s def a wine fridge and will fit standard bottles of wine. Magnum bottles or champagne might not work but it’s a wine fridge.

Also about the washer - the front loaders are supposed to be more energy efficient and use less water. If you don’t like squatting down to put your laundry in there, you can buy these things from the washer/dryer manufacturer called pedestals to lift them up a little bit.

I know this building. Rent is $7000 per month for a 2/2 without specials. You typically have to have income 4 times the rent. $28k per month or $336k per year

That's a soda/pop can holder in the fridge and yes a wine cooler in the island. The standard slim bottle will fit. Or you can remove a rack or two for bigger bottles. Congrats on you new space.
