Live | Judge making ruling on motions filed by Jared Bridegan's accused killers' attorneys

A ruling is being made on whether the SAO's 4th Judicial Circuit will remain as the prosecutors in the murder trial of Bridegan's accused killers.

This has been going on for nearly 6 months and Judge Kite *still* didn't make a ruling on these motions, after saying in recent Court Hearings she would come to Court today ready to make some rulings??!! And, to me it sounded like she may rule with the Defense to some degree, because she cited the Federal Sullivan case, one of the same cases Professor Sullivan on Shanna's Defense argued at her recent motion Hearing to Disqualify the Prosecution and to throw out the indictment. Though today Shanna's team (Korody) argued that, at a minimum, they want ALL of Shanna's iMessages thrown out! ...Those iMessages must contain some pretty damning info against Shanna?!! #JusticeforJaredB 🙏
