Helpful tips! Not sure about the candy though. I think it should be for special times.
Unless you find a consistent and time efficient way to reward students with candy (eg. Name on board, candy handed out at end) then it will probably lead to questions of fairness and distract from learning

Yes candy should be used! When dealing with bus kids candy is the cheapest and easiest thing to use.
Candy or we use organic gummies a lot or stickers. Whatever works!😉.
