@bluemopar1970 He usually wakes me up very gently but not this time😆 I have a camera for documentative purposes (see my other sleep videos and shorts) because I was recently diagnosed with plmd and insomnia which causes me to do some crazy movements and stuff during sleep without any recollection 😒
@bluemopar1970 I actually do not have apnea. Sleep study showed insomnia and severe plmd which is "periodic Limb Movement Disorder" causing me to move alot and act out dreams. They wanted me to use medication and I tried it but it made me so sleepy the next day I had to stop taking it😔
With insomnia and plmd I mever know what funny events happen at night! 😅
