This catastrophe is called the worst in post-war history: the devastating tsunami, the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, more than 20 thousand dead, hundreds of thousands were evacuated, a huge territory is affected by radiation. No one knows how long it will take to restore their former life, but everyone understands that trouble can happen at any moment. The film was shot during the year by order of VGTRK.
