Dear kashmiri mirch milder hoti hai bilkul bhe taz nahi hoti or color k liye use karti hoon, Paprika red bell peppers or red dried fruits se aata hai jo zeyada dalne se thota karwahet ka teste deta hai. Deggi mirch aak Masala hai jisai Mirch ka naam diya gaya hai, jo bell peppers or kashmiri mirch ka mixture hai jo kay create kiya hai Paprika ki karwahat hatane k liye.
Serving k liye mare recipe mai agar 1 spoon kashmiri mirch hai tou substitute mai, 3/4 Deggi mirch( jo k Masala hai), ya 1/2 spoon Paprika dalna hai.
