I’ve tried ur red velvet cupcakes it turned out to be soooo yummy . I just reduced the quantity of icing sugar in my cream frosting as 190 gms instead of 285 gms and it was soo to our taste buds alhumdulillah. ❤ I also made ur carrot cake but I made in round tin and it took 35 mins to b perfectly ready .
