That's a really deep hole you're looking into, but the summary is: Fate Grand Order, the mobile gacha turn-based RPG, semi-recently (in the American server) came out with the sixth major chapter of it's second (really third) arc, and this dude is a major player in it. Also worth noting that said chapter is widely considered the best in the game, and this character has topped a lot of character polls for his part in it. Hard to seriously recommend a mobile gacha game to someone, but it IS free to play, and after the first 5 chapters of arc 1, it becomes some of the best storytelling you'll ever experience in a game. Problem is, the first 5 chapters in the game are... kind of trash- remnants from before they figured out how to properly tell their story in the medium of this game's format.
