Mashu is gonna beat a bitch to death. Castoria is probably going to help. Ishtar amd Ereshkigal will throw tantrums. Space Ishtar is gonna blow up the planet. Everyone gets to be super-dead.
Yes, because of her Authority that lets her mind control and charm people. But, she can't beat him in a fight. Goku is MASSIVELY overpowered with complex-multiverse level stats. Though, that's Goku as of the most recent point in the timeline. Goku in the original DB or early Z couldn't hope to do more than mess up her hair.
