North end of High Point here. WTVD hasn't been a solid in a long time, but we haven't had an outdoor antenna for a long time either (since cable). If I got more ambitious (and I just might, cos everybody needs a hobby), things might be different. The new FCC maps are loads of fun to look at, btw. WXLV's xmitter moving to Randolph County is a real game changer...especially if you live further west.
I'm so glad people have documented this and that i'm not the only geeky one who wants to see this little bit of history in the making.
I know this comment is 13 years older but here I am 13 years later. I often go down a rabbit trail of sign offs.
Same here, I got into these around 5-6 months ago(?) then left, until I decided to return.
WSOC's digital signal travels very well 'round my part of the Triad, especially at night. Always good to have a plan B available. :)
Considering the Sinclair Group's history with Nightline, it's very appropriate they threw the kill switch in the middle of it. :)
iI could not get the signal in color for some reason when i was moving the indoor antenna around. Honestly, i dont even care because its WXLV
Wow. Haven’t seen Martin Bashir for years

Martin Bashir is currently seriously ill due to COVID-19. I hope he has a good recovery
I love Generation 7 VHS
bruh why is in black in white
Because at the time the TV was extremely outdated (probably from the 60s or 70s)
Stupid tv can't cut off the sound of the show before going to the loop
causing some lip-syncing! xD
Yeah, that was supposed to be a Maury joke. No worries, though.
But...but...how would you ever know if the guy was the father or not? C'mon, PRIORITIES! :)
