    Ingredients:
    100g unsalted butter
    80g granulated sugar
    120g coconut sugar / brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    100g white spelt flour
    100g cake flour ( 90g all purpose flour + 10g corn flour)
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    160g dark chocolate
    80g hazelnuts ( optional)
    80g dark chocolate (topping)
