    HyperX have made some legendary gaming gear; the Cloud headset was wildly regarded as one of the best gaming headsets you can buy. The Pulsefire Haste Wired gaming mouse seemed to be following the upwards trend, but will the cable-free version keep ploughing them forward?

    As someone who has the wired version of this mouse, the texture starts to wear off after 1 year of regular use. I have been using it for 1.5 years and the texture where the thumb and the palm rests is now shiny smooth. That said, I haven't faced any tracking or misclicks during this period. Also, the mouse stays relatively clean even tho it's this old and has holes. Living in India, with my room next to a public road and window open, is really a testimony to how well it handles dust.

    Did think to buy the pulsefire haste wireless but I saw there could be some problems with CPI tracking (the worst error being of 22% which is a lot) and there might be some small problems with the click latency in competitive games. The only difference is price for the wireless being higher, but I've found the software to work great for me in terms of creating custom keybinds for each game I play and switching between them fairly easily. I also made a macro using the DPI changing button (by default) to reset edits in Fortnite. Both work great, I've had the wired version longer and recently got a wireless one since the cable was annoying me a little. I have had this mouse for about 3 months and I must say it's really good. However, the scroll wheel is not as good as diamond says. It doesn't have very defined steps, it's narrow and worst of all it's jumpy. The scroll wheel is hyper sensitive and it can be activated by itself randomly. If you use the scroll wheel to swap weapons, this flaw will probably get you killed in game. I had to change my scroll wheel to other inputs in apex legends in order to mitigate this flaw. Before you say that this is a problem with my unit. There are several reviews on amazon reporting this issue along side other issues such as the main clicks having different feedback. Nonetheless, I still recommend the mouse if you don't swap weapons with it and can live with a jumpy scroll wheel.

    These ultralight mice are great if you have 14 year old small little teenager hands, not so great if you're a full grown adult. I gave up on them all and just went back to a G-Pro wireless, its not like you can even notice a few grams of weight.

  • @xmuriikot
    @xmuriikot Год назад

    This mouse is rubbish, i have hyperx pulsefire haste and 1st time assembly was too bad to play on, went back to the shop changed to newer revision, assembly was much better but still far to perfect and it started "disconnecting" or "freezing" I've updated fw 3 times but nothing changed, in their official group I found a bunch of reviews with the same problem where they tried to shift the responsibility to the buyers, allegedly they had a problem with the computer, but when there were too many comments, they nevertheless admitted that they were defective, now their support doesn't work at all
