im a new yorker and its tough going to these jewelry stores there's not alot of places you can trust max shows the behind the scenes of the business and how cut throat it can be... they say its 14k or 18k and its really 13k or 17k and that little bit over time is probably $300,00 for that jewelry store

I was waiting for someone to pick up that gold st.lazarus I definitely wanted to hear the Info on that
100% correct. When shopping for any luxury item it important to "Buy the Dealer" first and the products will be correct. A proper honest Jeweler is not looking for the fast short term money, they look for longterm business and building a good "business" relationship. The problem with Jewelry and high end merchandize in general is that most customers are not educated and unscrupulous "Dealers/Jewelers" can take advantage of the ignorance by saying for instance, "you're getting VS when in fact you're getting SI." Sure Trax is making a profit, it's expensive to have the best showroom in NYC and do business properly. Also, Max is the only Business man on 47th street that is educating the consumers so they better understand the products they love and the items they are purchasing. My man! Love me some Trax!!
