Great videos. I like your presentation style as well. I went from almost 40 years of Porsches to C5 and have never looked back. To be fair my '85 Porsche turbo has "tighter and better build quality"...but the cost of ownership of a C5 is amazingly low in comparison. The failure points are real, but affordable in parts costs,, and labor. If you are in Jax FL let,s connect, I am a native Floridian.
I concur. I have a 2000 C5 convertible with same color scheme as your car. Bought it in 2016 with 43,000 miles for $18,000 miles in show room condition: Upgrades included new paint, brakes, tuned exhaust. I put a new heavy duty clutch in it ($2,600), Pioneer stereo system ($1,000) with backup camera and steering lock bypass. I debate buying the new C8, but not sure $80,000 buys me that much additional fun. I love the way my C5 looks, sounds and handles. Oh yeah: 20/27 mpg.
I bought my 2003 Z06 19000 mileage car for $22,000. Bought it in 2020 and its been a reliable and fun car. Scary fast even for the age. Even great for every day driver. No complaints. Chevy did it right.
I look love my C5. I don't compare my car to another one. We all have our different opinions about different models. I admire you all Corvette owners for being part of "The Corvette Nation"
Hands down the C5 Z06 is the most performance for the money you can buy right now. $25K to $30K gets you a low milage one that’s really a world class performer.
Enjoyed your Vid, very well done..! All good perspective, and spot on based on my experience with the C5. I have a 2000 FRC, and purchase it from "an older gentlemen" who took excellent care of it. Picked it up for under $18K, with 72K on the clock. Borla exhaust and all of the "things that need to be fixed" already completed (steering wheel, headlight bucket gears, window regulators, oil sender, clutch, brakes, etc.) Yes, you should change the tires from the run flats... I went with the Continental Xtreme Contact tires, going up one size on the width (only added about 0.25" on the height, and keeps the front to rear ratios the same) .. on stock rims. Recently installed the Texas Speed 224 R cam -springs - pushrods, with LS6 intake and cold air intake, and a tune. Dyno'd at 353 whp, with 342 max torque. Very drivable sports car, super light.. and didn't kill my fuel mileage. Basically makes stock 2002 Z06 hp.. which was the goal of the mods. Looking forward to you next vid!!!
Nice setup! That sound kind of like what I'm going for: somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 - 450 hp with a sporty but still drivable suspension. Basically, a mountain thrashing Vette that I can still drive around Atlanta. That will be the focus of my upcoming C5 videos. Thanks for watching!
I got my 04Z in 2011 with 28000 miles on it for $28K, I added up all of the mods the original owner had done and the total was close to that amount. It now has 65000 mikes on it and every time I consider selling it I just take it out for a drive.
I love my C5! I bought it brand new in 1998 and now has 14K on the odo. Beautiful Nassau Blue with chrome wheels and a 1.5" drop. I would never consider trading it in on a horrible hacked looking cab forward design C8. LOL.
Got a super clean 03 6spd coupe a few months back and I absolutely love it!… I’m not nearly as offended by the interior 😂 just upgraded a few things and personally I love the look of the interior
I bought my vette in November 2021 with low miles (46k) ,owned by old people and in perfect condition.....needed a daily driver...love driving it and it's actually something you could drive across the country in comfort....
I've had my c5 for 17 years 1997 fairway green gray interior very rare still love it at 196,000 plus miles runs great but I maintain it (like any car) ; still gets looks and compliments like crazy I make a good living ... I've looked at the newer vetts luv the c7, and the c8 and almost bought a Maserati Spider (awesome car) -- but I would never part with my c5 still luv it....
Put C6 Z06 wheels on mine, along with C6 Z51 shocks and Steinjager front and rear sways and heavy duty endlinks. The car sticks to the road excellent. Have yet to have my new tires mounted, but they should also create quite the difference. Spring cannot come quickly enough!!
If you crossed Charles, Prince of Wales with Jeremy Clarkson he would look like you lol. I love your videos and subscribed. The C8 review was very well made, thanks for all you do.
I sold my 82 911 SC Porsche but kept my 01 6spd convertible Vette. Then I sold my 86 930 911 Turbo Porsche but kept my, you guessed it. I love this car and I'm lucky to be able to afford to go many other directions with my toy money. I have 5 other toys but this is my favorite.
Thank you! Did it go that high? I thought it changed to 350/365 in 2001. I may have misspoke. Either way, it’s a hell of a deal in today’s market. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Hmmm now this IS interesting and I actually pulled out my Corvette chronical book that I bought in 2001, and it definitely shows it at 375 ft/lbs….. oh I just googled it. It had 375 ft/lbs of torque with the 6 speed, but only 360 with the automatic because it only was a 4 speed…. Wow, we both learned something haha!
Haha! No worries. Mainly because it's a slow shifting four speed that doesn't have many positive traits other than being fairly smooth. To get the most out of the LS1, I think you really need to have the control a six speed provides, but to each his own 👍🏻 Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Well done video, Jax. Personally, I’m holding off on a purchase till chip situation subsides, and prices return to normal. Likely the end of the year.... Keep up the good work (Enjoyed the Middle Georgia scenery. I’m up in Cobb)
I just picked up my 97 c5 and I smile ear to ear when I'm driving it. It's a auto but I'm ok with it. I love the pop up headlights. I do know I like the interior a little more on the c6 but the c5 is the best looking corvette.
@@TJsVette idk why I never get notifications on RUclips when ppl respond to my comments until hours later..but oh ok that's sweet, I plan on buying one sooner than later myself actually..prices right now are high but hopefully a good deal will pop up.i prefer a c6 for the higher HP but I'll settle for a c5 if I come across a good enough deal..I never had a convertible and I was considering one. I don't like the look of the back side on the convertibles though. Makes the Corvette look like it has a big booty so to speak but whatever lol
@@servantofthetruth8203 so I love the interior of the c6 but to me the c5 just looks sexy. When they first came out in 97, I fell in love lol. The pop up headlights just make it look better than the non pop ups. I got mine from a old friend that wasn't able to drive her anymore. She can move but she isn't the fastest. It was my dream car and every time I drive her I get the biggest smile on my face!
👋👋Got my C5 during the Great Lockdown for $18k. The value increased and the owner was upset he undersold. Truth be told I paid too $2k too much, but I had to have a convertible. Lol. I live in PGH aka Steeler Nation so mine is Black (exterior) N Gold (beige interior).
In my opinion, just add a A&A or ESC supercharger and be done with it. It won't effect drivability or mpg unless you get on it. No need to spend thousands on headers, X pipe, gears etc. That will give you around 450 RWHP or more without cam surging ( depending on tuner ). As you know, it adds up fast. Spend the money once and enjoy!!!! Good luck and great enthusiasm..you got me thinking about owning another C5 someday!
Awesome cars I’ve owned over 30 corvettes over my life and of the 2 I own now is a low mileage 03 Z06. Enjoyed your RUclips video. By the way I’m your if that’s your car in video I’m your neighbor I live in Washington county.
Love my 2000 triple black 6 spd convertible. Yes I put a new harmonic balancer and oil sending sensor. Had to put a hydraulic master cylinder for the clutch. The car is 22 years old. What do you expect? This is a fun affordable sports car. 65k miles. Worth more than the $14,800 I paid 3 years ago. Good on gas if you don't jump on it. This car gets a lot of attention.
In 2014 bought a one owner 2005 C6 z51, m6, 3lt with 28k on it for $28k (very clean, the daughter was making dad now with Alzheimer’s get rid of it 😢). It now has 69k on it and the ls2 has been flawless even with a Edelbrock SC, AR headers, Borla S type, MGW short throw shifter, 1st to 3rd bypass, column lock bypass, 165 T stat, catch can that never has anything in it (but I had to have it) ZR1 knock off wheels and Continental performance skins, after market shocks finally replaced old originals. Soon after I got this I realized this was going to be my one and only go fast car so I decided to modify it. Longevity was still a priority so I did my homework. Forced induction vs cam package was the first decision gate and talking to tuning shops found out the line in the sand was about 600hp before you had to start replacing stock parts, fuel pump, pistons, cams, etc. But 400hp at the crank stock was really 356 rwhp on the dyno….now 511 rwhp but 520 ftq!! The butt dyno really likes that, but here’s the kicker for me…the roots style blower is doing this at 3lbs boost! Longevity matters to me.
When you can buy a Z51 C4 Corvette for cheaper. (Like I paid 3k for a 4+3 Z52 coupe) I believe that’s a better price to Performance. It’s still the car that was dominating Porsches and Ferraris on the track.
I got my Magnetic Red, 2001C5 fully loaded with a 6 speed manual, HUD, Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires, power PASSENGER seat with 157K on the clock for $13.800. It ain't too shabby. 🤣
1st mod MGW, well, maybe 2nd after exhaust! and replace the sway bar end links!...oh, and cameras or radar so you don't smash up underneath the front or back when parking (curb alert) and......and.......and......
After the C2 the C5s would be my favorite body style, tied with the early C3s. Id only setle for an FRC or Z06 not because I don't like the coupe or convertible, just for the increased track potential, manual exclusive, extra chassis rigidity on par with the C6 Z06 and ZR1, approximately 20 percent decreased lift vs the coupe, and the extra 100 lbs or so saved. Despite the bargain it already is I'm hoping they stay down a little longer just so when I find a new job, I can afford either the FRC or more preferably the Z06.
The problem with the FRC is that it is EXCELLENT and relatively rare. Not a good combo for value. The Z06 has long been the BEST performance for the money, but it's like everyone is just now waking up to that fact. Keep your eyes open and you might get lucky, but the coupe can have rigidity added to it (especially along the center tunnel, lots of products for that) and lightness as well. Might be easier to find one of them in the long run. At least people now understand why the C5 was such a game changer. Thanks for watching!
@@jax1079 your welcome, I’m hoping the prices hold out just a little longer for me. By my understanding the same modifications to the torque tube module can be done too the FRC and Z06 for even greater chassis rigidity. And the front and rear brake ducts are very beneficial for me track racing
I own a C4 but now my Dad wants to trade his 02 Mustang GT for a C5. It was pretty embarrassing when I smoked him in my old 210k mile Altima. And the Corvette will bring a much larger gap. But if he’s got a C5 I’d be toast.
Those who own c5 already, lucky you. The price went up much and there's new cheaper, still not discovered much, performance car out there to choose now but I have to be honest, none of those other cars are not as beutiful as c5. I remember used c5 z06 wasn't that expensive back in the days.
They are going up in price like crazy to the point a C6 is better value. In Europe a couple years ago you could get good ones with 15k. Now expect to pay 25 k for a good one. 15k will get you an early one with issues. C6 starts around 30k...
Yup, values have skyrocketed in this crazy car market, so my original thesis is quickly deteriorating. The C5 is still a solid value relative to other cars in its price range, but it’s no longer the ridiculous value it was. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
I am curious why you suggested a 2000 or 2001 over the earlier C5's? I purchased my first C5 last month after having liked them since the day they came out. Late bloomer I know, mine is virtually a carbon copy of yours, red exterior, black interior coupe, with a manual 6 speed. Mine has an MGW shifter which is far superior to the factory shifter, headers and cat-back exhaust. I couldn't agree more that it is way more fun than one should have for under 20k.
Nice! Been thinking about that MGW upgrade myself. I specifically recommend the post 2000 (especially 2002-2004) since there were numerous improvements made during that time. Revised intake and exhaust yielded more horsepower, and Active Handling became standard. Just a few tweaks here and there that made the already reliable C5 even more so. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
No problem at all. C5 is incredibly roomy. C6 is nearly as good. C7 is a tad tight but not so much that I don’t want one. And check out to my C8 review to see what I think about that 😜
350hp rwd manual car for less than 20k or you could get a 500hp rwd manual car for 15k throw on heads, cam, and tune and still be under 20k best way to go imo
Haha! I don't blame you. And I also sympathize with the damn 90s electronics. I had a 96 Firebird that literally fell apart within about five years. It was a dark time for GM in many ways... Thanks for watching!
They are super cars, nothing in the price range even compares to them. Ford GT and Dodge Vipers are its competition and are now worth supercar money. The vettes will be next so don't miss out
I really want one but I'm hesitant because they are getting pretty old at this point. I've heard the reliability it good but have they held up over 20 years
Don't be! Mine is 20 years old and has been trouble free. Oil changes and tires are the biggest expense. I replaced the oil pressure sensor recently, and the AC vacuum lines need to be replaced, but other than that, the mighty LS1 keeps on thumping. Thanks for watching!

I have an '02 all black coupe (auto) with the same options as yours. I bought it August 2020 with 14,000 miles in it. It's my 50th birthday present to myself and I love my Corvette..
That's a darn good birthday present! And 14k miles is a find! Well done! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Best value on the market! Cheap to run and maintain, but plenty of performance. And I live in Atlanta 😉👍🏻 Thanks for watching!
Yeah, people can't believe the gas mileage the C5 gets. It's pretty nuts. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
I bought my 2003 Z06 19000 mileage car for $22,000. Bought it in 2020 and its been a reliable and fun car. Scary fast even for the age. Even great for every day driver. No complaints. Chevy did it right.
Absolutely! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Terribly underrated content. Well done
Why thank you! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I look love my C5. I don't compare my car to another one. We all have our different opinions about different models. I admire you all Corvette owners for being part of "The Corvette Nation"
And when we Corvette guys & girls see each other, please don't be a stick in the mud, say hi. Some of you look at me like you drive on water.
This is true! THanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Don’t forget to WAVE, everyone!
Never have regretted getting mine.😎👍
Funny how most Corvette owners don't. Treat it right and it treats you right. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Loving my 03! It's fast, loud, beautiful to look at and incredibly reliable 🏁🤘
Nice! Glad you're enjoying it!
Hands down the C5 Z06 is the most performance for the money you can buy right now. $25K to $30K gets you a low milage one that’s really a world class performer.
Absolutely!
Nice Vette automatic Vettes are nice . My work truck is stick shift. Atlanta traffic is terrible
Great video! Really looking forward to seeing more videos on this car as you modify it!
Thanks! I figured I might as well since buying anything right now is not a great proposition 😳
Nice! Enjoy it!
Nice! Congrats!
I bought my vette in November 2021 with low miles (46k) ,owned by old people and in perfect condition.....needed a daily driver...love driving it and it's actually something you could drive across the country in comfort....
You’re not wrong! Great long distance cruiser as well. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I found one for 16k and talked them down to 12.900. I love it. 2004
Wow! That’s a great deal! Well done, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Well got damn, how many miles on it?
I just bough tone myself, i absolutely love it!
That's great! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Thanks Jax I got the 99 and love it I was thinking about moving up a little 03/04. Mine only has 72k and just love it.
Nice! Glad to hear it! And thanks for watching.
I've had my c5 for 17 years 1997 fairway green gray interior very rare
still love it at 196,000 plus miles runs great but I maintain it (like any car) ; still gets looks and compliments like crazy I make a good living ... I've looked at the newer vetts luv the c7, and the c8 and almost bought a Maserati Spider (awesome car) -- but I would never part with my c5 still luv it....
That’s awesome! Glad to hear it. And yes, that’s a SUPER rare color combo. Hold on to that for sure! 👍🏻
word.....
Sounds awesome! Planning similar upgrades this year as well. I’ll be documenting it for sure, so stay tuned! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
If you crossed Charles, Prince of Wales with Jeremy Clarkson he would look like you lol. I love your videos and subscribed. The C8 review was very well made, thanks for all you do.
Haha! I’ll take that as a compliment (although I think my ears are smaller) Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Getting one sometime later this year can't wait!!
That's awesome! Congrats 🙌🏻
That's a pretty great endorsement. Glad to hear you love it so much, and thanks for watching!
Very good and informative video, you deserve more views and likes on this for sure
Why thank you! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Great video. We love our recently purchased 2001 C5 (had a C3 and a C4 previously). Excellent car!
Thank you! Glad you like it 👍🏻
I love your video! the only thing is that the HP did go from 345 to 350 in 2001, but the Torque went from 350 to *375* ft/lbs in the same year.
I have a 2004 auto trans and I love it. Not sure why he called it trash? Sorry bro...I disagree.
Haha! No worries. Mainly because it's a slow shifting four speed that doesn't have many positive traits other than being fairly smooth. To get the most out of the LS1, I think you really need to have the control a six speed provides, but to each his own 👍🏻 Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
The A4 just needs a 3.42 gear and 2800 to 3500 RPM stall converter to wake it up and it's good to go.
Exactly I have 1999 convertible Chevrolet Corvette automatic love it. My work truck stick shift. I need a break Atltanta traffic terrible!!
@@jax1079 agree but hey you cant miss a gear in an auto jaja
Another positive of these performance marvels is they get damn near 30 mpg on the highway!
Yup! 25 year old tech for the win!
Well done video, Jax. Personally, I’m holding off on a purchase till chip situation subsides, and prices return to normal. Likely the end of the year....
Keep up the good work (Enjoyed the Middle Georgia scenery. I’m up in Cobb)
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻 (And I’m in Atlanta, too, but for emissions reasons the car isn’t 😉)
I just picked up my 97 c5 and I smile ear to ear when I'm driving it. It's a auto but I'm ok with it. I love the pop up headlights. I do know I like the interior a little more on the c6 but the c5 is the best looking corvette.
Of course I’d have to agree! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
How many miles on it?
@@servantofthetruth8203 145k runs strong and was well taken care of
@@TJsVette idk why I never get notifications on RUclips when ppl respond to my comments until hours later..but oh ok that's sweet, I plan on buying one sooner than later myself actually..prices right now are high but hopefully a good deal will pop up.i prefer a c6 for the higher HP but I'll settle for a c5 if I come across a good enough deal..I never had a convertible and I was considering one.
All your videos are FKG good, also good style of voice.
Thank you! 🙏🏻
I have those amazon seats. I have had them for about 7 months or so. Comfy. Holding up very well and look great
Nice! Good to know, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Nice! Sounds like a great combo. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I actually like the interior. History will prove it is a timeless design. It will never get old.
Design is fine, but the quality of materials is terrible.
@@jax1079 i have seen many 20 years Corvettes with perfect interiors.
Thanks! And thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Awesome cars I’ve owned over 30 corvettes over my life and of the 2 I own now is a low mileage 03 Z06. Enjoyed your RUclips video. By the way I’m your if that’s your car in video I’m your neighbor I live in Washington county.
Thanks for watching! My goal is to have one of every generation. Just seven more to go 😂
Love my 2000 triple black 6 spd convertible.
Sounds like you got a sweet one! Congrats! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Enjoyed the video I have a C5 2002 Corvette C5 love it.
Nice! That's a great one! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I have a convertible and love it!!
The C5 vert started the trend of GOOD Corvette convertibles. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
A FRC z06 was the true bargain car pre-pandemic as they were going for 20-25k.
You are so right! I kinda regret not spending a bit more for one. There were so many good deals. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
@@jax1079 ownership of any vette is a win win. Im jealous because i didnt pull the trigger in time.
Nice, I love my C5 💪🤘🏻
Me too 😉👍🏻
Owned my 01 for 8 years never let me down.
Nice! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I bought an 04 z06 a year ago and absolutely love it. Low mileage, stock, and taken care of.
Nice! Glad you like it. Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Looking forward to more content. Thanks. 🇬🇧
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
When you can buy a Z51 C4 Corvette for cheaper. (Like I paid 3k for a 4+3 Z52 coupe)
I believe that’s a better price to Performance. It’s still the car that was dominating Porsches and Ferraris on the track.
excellent video
Thank you! 🙏🏻
I wanna buy one of these before my senior year in hs 😫
I don’t blame you, but be safe 😉👍🏻
Im hoping to buy one this year!!!
Awesome! Might want to wait until the market chills out, though. It's nuts right now. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Dude I love this c5 content
Why thank you! More to come in 2022 👍🏻 Thanks for watching!
Nice work
Thanks! 🙏🏻
I got my Magnetic Red, 2001C5 fully loaded with a 6 speed manual, HUD, Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires, power PASSENGER seat with 157K on the clock for $13.800.
It ain't too shabby. 🤣

C5 is better looking than the c4 c6 cu and c8 in my opinion
What kind of exhaust is tht, is tht the billy boat exhaust (BBE)
Billy Boat Bullets. I have a whole video from a while back talking about them. They’re great. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
1st mod MGW, well, maybe 2nd after exhaust! and replace the sway bar end links!...oh, and cameras or radar so you don't smash up underneath the front or back when parking (curb alert) and......and.......and......
All good points. I think I’m going to start working on mods this year (finally), so stay tuned, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
@@ryanrake2714 Yup, both true.
I own a C4 but now my Dad wants to trade his 02 Mustang GT for a C5. It was pretty embarrassing when I smoked him in my old 210k mile Altima. And the Corvette will bring a much larger gap. But if he’s got a C5 I’d be toast.
Love it. I mean, it's not his fault since he had a Mustang. Who wouldn't want to upgrade?! Haha!
Those who own c5 already, lucky you. The price went up much and there's new cheaper, still not discovered much, performance car out there to choose now but I have to be honest, none of those other cars are not as beutiful as c5. I remember used c5 z06 wasn't that expensive back in the days.
This is true. C5 prices are not what they once were. The secret is out and the market is crazy. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
What’s the exhaust you have on there? It sounds nice and not too obnoxiously loud
Thank you! It's the Billy Boat Bullet exhaust. I made a video on it a while back if you want to hear more LS1 goodness. Thanks for watching!
Corvette gang,C7Z.
Nice! Thanks for watching!
Picked up a 2000 automatic convertible with less than 85,000 in good shape
Nice acquisition! Enjoy and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
If you get lucky, you can find one for 6-7k like i did with 140k miles
Considering the C5 is pretty reliable, I'd say that's a good deal. Well done! And thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Just got mine a week ago for 7.9k 118 miles , needs a little work but nothing big
@@brandongamez4144 That’s not bad! Congrats on a sweet new ride!
The ebcm in 97-2000 are no longer sold by Chevy and are prone to failure. 2000 up are improved and are still available.
I own a C5 2001 Convertible Corvette w/ metallic silver cherry red interior white top only 34K miles. I get looks all the time 👍
Nice! Sounds awesome. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
@@jax1079 thanks brother good video content 👍
I was shocked when you said you had so much space at 6’6. I’m small 5’11 ass will have no problem then
No problem at all. C5 is incredibly roomy. C6 is nearly as good. C7 is a tad tight but not so much that I don’t want one. And check out to my C8 review to see what I think about that 😜
When he said "Under 30k" I thought hmm. Pricey for a C5.
They’ve gone up thanks to the market.
Let’s catch a mtn run soon!! Will make for good content and you can talk Boosted Mustang and Corvette in the same vid!
As soon as I can clear this driveway of test cars and the weather warms up 😜 I'd like to do some type of Mountain Meetup or something.
Where would the mountain run be conducted?
Just bought a 1999 FRC.
Nice, love it! Thanks for watching!
350hp rwd manual car for less than 20k or you could get a 500hp rwd manual car for 15k throw on heads, cam, and tune and still be under 20k best way to go imo
Well, this is true as well 👍🏻
I will never sell mine. Even though the doors need to be locked by hand now. Damn 90s electronics!
Haha! I don't blame you. And I also sympathize with the damn 90s electronics. I had a 96 Firebird that literally fell apart within about five years. It was a dark time for GM in many ways... Thanks for watching!
Also under 20k for a 1996 Corvette Grand Sport 6 speed is very attainable.
They are super cars, nothing in the price range even compares to them. Ford GT and Dodge Vipers are its competition and are now worth supercar money. The vettes will be next so don't miss out
I'm not sure it will be quite that epic, but I like the way you think!
Trans Am WS6 Is another "Answer"
Only in a straight line 😉👍🏻
I really want one but I'm hesitant because they are getting pretty old at this point. I've heard the reliability it good but have they held up over 20 years
Don't be! Mine is 20 years old and has been trouble free. Oil changes and tires are the biggest expense. I replaced the oil pressure sensor recently, and the AC vacuum lines need to be replaced, but other than that, the mighty LS1 keeps on thumping. Thanks for watching!
