One speciality of the interview I must mention that Haksar saab is no doubt an extraordinary person, but so is the interviewer Mr. Saurabh Dwidedi. Saurabh has really enveloped the interview so well that every thing he says in between, compliments the subject. I had seen Saurabh taking interview of Ms. Maithili Thakur, the legendary singer from Mithila. There also he complimented Maithili so well... I laughed so much on Saurabh's comments on 'Kale 1 kaa tablaa' . Saurabh, you get the best out of all these wonderful people, let it be (folk) music or Old Sanskrit literature.. .

Having learned in past 80's education system, I question where is this respect for our history, culture, traditions, literary inherentence, philosophies etc. in our education system? An average educated person is driven a very poor and distorted view. It is good to hear all the academically minded people acknowledging the past. It's high time its education system, institutions etc. give a rightful narrative. If the knowledge bearers don't change this then they have failed in their job and lecturing masses seems rich.

And also transliteration of Sanskrit and Vedic text with the help of diacretical marks in Romnagari Script, which is my expertise.

BOOKS He wandered in villages of Kumbhakonam region on Bullockcarts, collected MANUSCRIPTS compiled and edited the Books Treaties .He got these printed at Madras.where Litho printing started .A great Scholar. The TAMIL what we see n read today is brought and putforth by Sri Aiyyer. YOU MAY READ .his biography..EN CHARITAM..now available in Hindi thanks to Sahitya academy. One speciality of the interview I must mention that Haksar saab is no doubt an extraordinary person, but so is the interviewer Mr. Saurabh Dwidedi. Saurabh has really enveloped the interview so well that every thing he says in between, compliments the subject. I had seen Saurabh taking interview of Ms. Maithili Thakur, the legendary singer from Mithila. There also he complimented Maithili so well... I laughed so much on Saurabh's comments on 'Kale 1 kaa tablaa' . Saurabh, you get the best out of all these wonderful people, let it be (folk) music or Old Sanskrit literature..

Having learned in past 80's education system, I question where is this respect for our history, culture, traditions, literary inherentence, philosophies etc. in our education system? An average educated person is driven a very poor and distorted view.
It is good to hear all the academically minded people acknowledging the past. It's high time its education system, institutions etc. give a rightful narrative. If the knowledge bearers don't change this then they have failed in their job and lecturing masses seems rich.
