I'm in Maine right now 6/30/2024 and it's amazing and beautiful here. Everyone is so nice and the food is amazing. I don't want to go back home lol

Someone told me all the tourist places (restaurants, shops etc) close down by labor day in Maine. Is that true?
No, they don’t all close. What happens is they will reduce hours or close a few days a week sometimes. But many don’t close down all the way. There’s a lot of interest in antiquing in September and October, and the inns are pretty busy at that time.
