I just bought the thorn of glass book but the A court of thorns and roses is sold out :(
I recently finished Holly Blacks Folk of the Air series and this was recommend on a group I was a part of after finishing. I got this edition because it’s was just too beautiful not to. But I’m the kind of person who likes my books to have the same look when they’re part of a series, so I like to get the from the same place and get the same editions. I’m wondering if A Court if Mist and Fury also has a collectors edition like this. I looked and don’t see anything, so I assume no. But if anyone knows anything different I’d greatly appreciate it if they shared
Hi - I’m right there with you, I like my editions to match too! There’s been a bit of a trend recently by publishers to put out just the first book in the series in the collector’s edition (grrr) and then wait to see how well it sells before deciding whether they will do the rest in the series. So you’re correct that there isn’t a collector’s edition for Mist and Fury yet, but there’s a possibility (sadly no guarantee) of it coming out in the future, depending how well it sells. I suggest checking around June/Jul 2020 to see if it’s come up as a preorder for closer to Christmas (I’ll post back here if I see it coming up as well). Cheers x

The UK edition appears to be scheduled for release in 2020. It is priced more cheaply than the US one (which was the same for ToG, except the US and UK were released at the same time in 2018), so I am guessing the UK will be similar to that, i.e. no slipcase etc. (I don't have the details confirmed yet though...) 😀
Beautiful Books aha! I have then the US one. It arrived this week so it must be. Glad I did, as the slipcase makes it even more lovely.
Until now there are no editions in the same collection for the following books of the series. Are they planned to come??
Unfortunately I haven't seen any more in this series (so annoying). It seems to be quite a trend for publishers to release just the first book in a series in a special edition these days...

Is Acotar book 2 collector edition or ToG book 2 collector edition will be publish or not??Any Idea?
Annoyingly, it doesn’t look like they have matching editions in their printing schedule, but to be fair covid has upended a lot of printing plans, so I’m not giving up hope until next year...
Are they making the whole series?
Unfortunately it doesn't look like they are planning to continue with the whole series in this design at the moment. Instead, they are re-releasing the whole ACOTAR series in hardback with new cover designs in the US (which means that Nesta's book will likely not match the rest of my series when it comes out, grrrr...)
