I've been buying a lot less killstar the last year or so. I've gone from all out addict, loving everything they do- to I /might/ buy something in the sale. maybe. My problem is the price. I see an item, like it, add it to my wishlist and wait for a big sale. By the time the sale comes around I've inevitably changed my mind and the initial excitment and impulse is gone. If I pay £50 for a dress, I expect a £50 dress. But I see them charging like £90 for a sweater thats not even worth £30 imo. ..That and all my old KS is falling apart, my wardrobe is slowly disintegrating 😭..
Loved the skull bracelet. And the last hoodie. I hardly don't buy anything nowadays from them. One, the prize even on their clearence. Two for I can't wear things close to my neck... and 3, cause their sizing is terrible! One model is big, next perfect and another friends that is 2 sizes smaller hardly can't wear either! I love the variety that killstar has but the quality definitely went down after it got sold so i tend to only buy killstar pieces second hand or on kates clothing during a sale
I love killstar styles and looks and like my mum said who was a professional seamstress and sewer they win on fabric designs and the velvet and burn out is very good but the actual construction and quality of stitching and elastic they use leaves a lot to be desired xx ❤ love the video and now need a couple more items in my collection 😂😂
I'm struggling with Killstar at the mo, bought their Astral leggings which are fab but the matching top has awful reviews. Tatty looking with seams that come undone and loose threads everywhere which for over £50 I think is not good at all.
I find it so weird that there's such disparity between items. Ice found their leggings are really hit & miss too - sometimes they are great, sometimes the quality is awful & the sizing is off ❤️🖤
Killstar was bought by a large corporation and are now considered fast fashion, that is why they have had a drop in quality, while keeping their luxury prices. It was in late 2020, during the height of the pandemic. I own several things from them over the years, but I'm not as interested in them now. I will say last year sometime when they had a witchy forest release, their long sleeve I got is fantastic quality, the images are all printed in instead of screened on, and won't ever fade. I haven't gotten anything but a homeware since, though.
Nice collection of coats/hoodies. I too have kimono sleeves that I am looking for the right jacket for winter. A poncho sounds useful. I do occasionally delicately hand wash dry clean only items if it has the right fabrics, specially if the item was cheap from a charity shop and I didn’t notice the label said dry clean when I bought it 😖. If it was an expensive, rare or wool item I wouldn’t risk it.
I have quite a collection of hoodies myself. Nothing like yours. But most of them are black and are probably like Heavy metal Hubbies. LOL 😂. I would love to get a true cloak to wear but I don't think I could afford a really one right now.

Iv got one from killstar it’s like the enchanted one but with sleeve , problem is the sleeves are absolutely tiny I can’t wear it and I’m not big . Iv stopped buying from killer now because I think the sizes aren’t right and some of the items are too thin for the price .

I see what you saying about killstar I haven't been that happy about the new drops. I did just recently buy that hoodie with the grommets on it I don't remember the name, I waited till they had a sale then bought it. I really don't think it's worth the money even on sale.
My band was called Apnia. Sadly there are no digital copies of our stuff as we are that old it was all on CD & I can't find any copies. I looked into putting our stuff on Spotify but apparently the recording quality isn't high enough for Spotify 😭❤️🖤
I don't think Killstar are as good as they were a few years ago, some items are a bit hit and miss and the sizing is a pet peeve of mine. Love the Curses hoodie though. Can I ask where your t-shirt is from? X
I used to work for KILLSTAR and let me tell you they are absloutely awful - To work for, to buy clothes from and just in general. I wouldn't give them money even if i had an endless supply

I film the video of me sat talking about the item. Then I upload the footage into my laptop & into my editing software (Filmora). I then play the footage on my laptop as I'm 'modelling' the clothes & filming with my camera, so I'm pointing to the right bit at the right time. I then upload THAT footage and add it as a second track on the video, shrink it smaller & add fade in transitions so it looks nice. It's taken years of practice & it was a long & steep learning curve!!! 🖤❤️

TR fabric is a blend of rayon and polyester. TC fabric refers to Tetron cotton fabric which is made from a combination of cotton and polyester.

I have a jacket faux leather wear the faux fur comes off. It's great in the colder weather.

Yes, I suspect they are using a really cheap manufacturer. Their sizing can be really off too which is very frustrating ❤️🖤

Yeah the quality has definitely gone down in the last 2 years, you have to be quite selective with what you buy. It's very frustrating! ❤️🖤
