Hey man, it has to be your PC or settings, I play this all the time but I have a very beefy PC. Maybe yours is not powerful enough? Or something is off on the settings.
@Timeforceletsgo yeah I suspect my Pc is to blame. It's older, but Nvidia 3800, 64 gb ram, i9 top of the line asus motherboard. But I wonder if it's all the streaming workload on it. Still I was a kid in a candy store here. What a full on mod.

How do you get v7 to work. My pcsx2 emulator won’t recognize my controller
@ChrisWayneWallace make sure controller is being recognized in setup. And follow steps on Ermaccer video.
