    Only Matt could look at clear, kiln dried, 4 quarter, milled red oak and say "I'll make stickers with it" haha. That stuff is like gold around here. It would be hoarded and made into something fancy. Cool that he has enough quality hardwood around that he sees these as being used in a disposable manner.

    It is always satisfying when a bigger piece of drywall comes off. A bull in a china shop approach might seem good but more finesse makes it easier.

    • @some0ne8
      @some0ne8 2 года назад +1

      These pieces were rather small but the smash in a section to get a grip and carefully shake it can net you really big pieces since the screws just let go.

    I’m interested to see how you are doing your HVAC. When we did our extensive renovation, 2015-2017, we ditched 20-30 cast-iron and baseboard radiators, added a third air conditioner, disabled the heat pump functions on the existing A/C units, and the emergency heat on all three. We then installed a radiator in each air handler with separate solenoids for each circuit and fed them from a natural gas furnace that was only a couple of years old. Presto chango our radiator heat became forced air. We also added a humidifier to one of the air handlers since the dry winter air is bad for the antique furniture and the artwork.

    • @mcremona
