Kinda looks like ray gun tried to do her moves and failed
Exacto
Dr Raygun has political connections through her leftist academic bubble. The echo chamber that told her are was brilliant and talented. She's stolen lots of competitions bc of behind the scenes rigging. Everyone has eyes to see she's not talented. She's just ok.
I noticed lol
Exactly 💯
No they both look bad. Let's just keep it real instead of jumping on the bandwagon
The Olympic judge who said that Raygun qualified for the Olympics by completely legitimate means is a liar and this video proves it.
Agreed.
One of the judges was her husband
Lol.. sorry, but this person isnt better than Raygun.. I m not trying to be offensive, but the whole level of Aussie breakdance is very low compared to the world.. this person would have been ridicule too ...
@@Vivalavida529 Bull. Molly is clearly more skilled and clearly gave a better performance than Raygun did at either the Oceania Championships or the Olympics. Molly would not have turned in a meme or been laughed out of the Olympics, and Aussie breakdancing wouldn't be the subject of such scrutiny right now if they had put this competitor through.
The Australian masterplan:
How do we let everyone else in the world experience how it’s like to have invasive species ruining things just by being brought in?
*Enter Ray Gun
Australian gov.: Perfect!
I mean, in terms of break dancing that I grew up with, she wouldn't stand a chance on the streets on Brooklyn or the Bronx. But in terms of Raygun, oh yeah, Molly got cheated. She danced better than "kangaroo" Raygun. This was OBVIOUSLY rigged 😂😂
U right
@@cryptoqueen5962 her husband was the coach for Australia 🤣 which is lame but him and her hosted the tryouts for qualifying which was a one day session that's crazy but it was silly of her to thinking she was even lil bit good never seen a Kangaroo dance 😅🤣 less known suffering from a seizure sliding around on the floor like Curly from the 3 Stooges 😅🤣😅
Yep
Raygunn used her elite status, as a professor, to make herself an expert in breakdancing. It goes to show how elitists often fail up and get unearned rewards in ways everyone else has to work hard to earn. In other words, the person who got most played in all of this, in many ways, was Raygunn herself. Everything was rigged in her favor and she didn’t even see it until the entire world told her. Still, she refuses to accept it and is claiming that people just don’t understand, or they’re sexist etc.
@@goodgrief888 she did a another post or ?
Whoever judged and scored for Raygun should be banned from judging permanently!
wasnt it her husband?
It was her husband. It was a total scam.
You should actually watch the qualifiers, the ignorance of the people in this whole situation is really sad.
@snarevox
NO, it wasn't.

Her husband and coach had nothing to do with her selection. He had nothing to do with the panel of 9 Olympic selection adjudicators.
Not one single kangaroo hop - 5 points
It's hard when all the break dancing lessons you watch are upside down.
Rayguns hotter though. I like her cuteness
This woman has no Aussie pride. Zero Kangaroo jumps? Disqualified.
Kangaroo jumps will be mainstream in breaking one day and we’ll look back at Raygun’s performance and realize she was totally ahead of her time. Bahahahhahahaha
Who isn’t more skilled is the question
That question was posed in such a way that it hurt my brain almost as much as Ray Guns performance 😂😂😂😂😂
The girl in the video is not good
@@Cheersthewinnersbetter than aged out Raygun.
😂😂😂😂😂 the better question definitely
@@CheersthewinnersShe’s better than I would be. But then again I haven’t tried. The fact that any of these people got to the Olympics is a problem. They should have been eliminated in preliminary competitions. What happened to the Olympics only being elite athletes? When did it change to “we let anyone in if they win in their region.”?
She definitely wouldn’t have been good enough to compete for an Olympic medal but she’s 100% wayyyy better than Raygun…idk how the judges got that one so wrong
I thought she and her husband sponsored this competition

Yeah she’s at least two steps up from Raygun. AUSBreaking is def corrupt
Always assume incompetence before a conspiracy.
I think Australia (and I’m an Aussie) was just incompetent in this.
Our other athletes smashed the Olympics out of the park.
@@btothec4650yeh there’s no conspiracy. Theres just very few bgirls in Australia, just think about what it is to be Aussie, then try and fit “hiphop” into the norm. It doesn’t fit. How many Aussie families would support their daughters training literally on the side of the road in the city late at night. Cos that’s what raygun and girls like this do.
Half step up at best.
😂😂😂😂
@@teamlazer the problem is there were better bgirls than her in australia and for some reason they weren’t allowed to compete or were passed off to get raygun.
Thank you for this...the way they tried to spin it as internet bullying when it was clear Raygun wasn't on par with competitors and revealed nepotism and bias. Molly you deserved better 👏🏿
Yep I was called an internet bully when the day after it happened after I dared to gasp if Raygun's was actually real or not...

BTW I was looking forward to the breaking, and also then looking forward to what the Aussies had for it, and... while the male Aussie also wasn't quite up to podium standard, Raygun was just... something else.
Idk this gurl looked bad too. I think maybe its just a whole different atmosphere down under
@@soldierbreed She wasn’t horrible though. Better than Raygun. At least she was actually breakdancing instead of dancing like a 2 year old.
Is she better than Raygun? Yeah for sure. Is she like ….. Good? I mean.. better than me, but 💀

I was just thinking…looks kinda like what raygun did…
Too much crawling around on the floor in the last quarter, but she's far better than kangaroo hoppin' Raygun.
Yeah she wasn't gonna win a medal either, but at least the country wouldn't be a laughing stock.
😂😂😂
They seem to incorporate interpretive dance into their breaking, which makes it really weird. But overall, yes, better performance.
That’s sort of how it works apparently. I saw dudes in the Olympics who did the weirdest things on the ground, and they got 90% of the judges votes, against dudes who mostly did crazy acrobatic tricks.
@@caprise-music6722 because crazy acrobatic stuff is played out and not original
I grew up in the 80's in NYC and usually dances evolve for the best but none of these fools have moves like the kids on the block on cardboard boxes.
Absolutely! I've only seen it in movies though..
This is still not even close to any competitive level. Better than Raygun because she can't breakdance at all.
yea it is. that was the Ocean Championship. Most people cant move like that. It may not have been the best dance ever but it was still inpressive
It looks like teenagers in high school playing.. 😅
@@lukeGGleeif that's "impressive" then you really ain't seen a thing.
@@lukeGGlee Nah, stop with the toxic positivity. Don't be a "Yes-man". She did better than Raygun, but in no way that girl can compete with Ami, Logistx, India and other pro female B-dancers.
They should both not be qualified as Olympians.
@@koonehkun6404agreed. This is all bad. To be honest, I put this on Australia. Modern society seems to promote having a lack in self awareness. It's absurd that at no point not one person intervened and said, "if we don't have a rep, maybe we should sit this one out." Instead, they brought what they brought and singlehandedly brought down Olympic break dancing at least for the foreseeable future. Breakdancers at my highschool we're at least this good, some better.
I think Australia in general just can't breakdance. However, compared to the Raygun, Molly is definitely infinitely more talented. In the same way that a dog is a king among dead lions.
So poetic. 10/10
Our male breaker was good.
@@soundsoflife9549 my mistake, I should have said Australian females 😀
Is she better than Raygun? Yes.

"Infinitely better" is a stretch. Calm down, people.
I dont know. Watching this made me realize i guess this is how australias breakdance cause i say some raygun style in there.
Or Raygun was copying her
Lol I said the same thing to myself.
This is just what it looks like when white people with no rhythm try and breakdance 😂
It's like nobody has ever witnessed actual breakdancing on the streets. Kids, a piece of cardboard, and a boombox would put all these "athletes" to shame. Breakdancers perform moves that your brain can't even conceive as possible. It's like figure skating without all the pauses.
Exactly
Check out the old Vin Diesel break dancing from when he was young. He was a talented kid.
Exactly.
You might have just hit the nail on the head there. We don't actually see a lot of kids breakdancing in the street at all. Practically almost never in the last 30years. Only Justice Crew on TV.
Just so you know. Raygun trained on the street, in Sydney cbd, after office hours at night. There aren’t any other places in Sydney to train besides the street.
This is what Raygun thought she looked like. 😂
We love you raygun
She's 100x better than raygun, but the stuff being done in beat street from 1984 still blows this away all day.
now every time i watch australian breakdancing i can't help but think of the hip hop teachers in bob's burgers... "that's hip hop"
You know a breakdancer is good when you're unable to replicate their moves irl
She tried to use her whole routine look at the similarities 😂😂😂😂😂
Yep
That's very true
Imma be honest... oceania needs to drop this notion they can break dance at all of this is like the championship.
pretty much
yeah i was about to say, this isn’t that much of an improvement
Raygun got her PhD. and Dr title. That's a stretch.
And "Imma" be honest too - there are a lot of people that think they are experts on breaking and breaking culture after a weekend of watching the Olympics. Competitions like this make the community grow, which is what hip hop culture is based on - growth through competition. If this is where Australian bgirls are now, they can only get better. The US bboys used to be stagnant with air power 20 years ago until the newer generation started pushing each other in battles and competition, then they were able to compete with the Koreans and top European powermovers, which they hadn't been able to do previously.
@@Klos1neMN look at this nerd.
"Infinitely more skilled" is such an insult, because zero times infinity is still zero. Molly sure does have some respectable skill
Not according to Terrance Howard 😂😂
@@christophergray1673only thing he said that made sense was the root/square root thing which is weird. Not sure how high he was trying to explain his "maths". The 0-1 range is odd but the context and representations are important.
Infinitely more skilled is a possitive since you're already starting out with a positive skill over the other. Its not the same as multiplying 0 by infinite.
My apologies, not trying to detract from your comment, and I get you're not trying to be mathematically sound, but in case someone reads your comment and believes that infinity times zero is still zero, I'd like to clarify that is not always the case.
Mathematically, infinity times zero is called an indeterminate form because depending on how you get to infinity and how you get to zero, the answer can be "anything" (i.e. positive or negative infinity, any real number, including zero, or undefined).
"More" is addition
"Times" is multiplication
Wow, she is fluid. I used to be blown away watching highly skilled break dancers in the clubs growing up.

I actually think this is good, and I can explain why. NOt everything has to be "Oh that's the best I have ever seen way better than this or that." Obviously a more laidback style, but it actually looks good IMO. There's enough legitimate breakdancing moves mixed in to make this actually work as something along the lines of "a more laidback breakdancing style that isn't so focused on being the best ever" another take on it. What is funny is if you watch Rayguns videos, there are maybe a couple times mixed in there where she almost does something as good as what this girl does, but it just doesn't get there and doesn't ever cross over into "Ok yeah, that's breakdancing most people COULD NOT do that." LOL. And that's what I think about that. What confuses me though, is that this girl actually defended the selection process? Is there video we aren't seeing? Is her life being threatened? Is she just being modest and taking the high road? What is going on in the world of Australian breakdancing? Lol
