I can't help but be amazed at at jang yoon ju's social skills. She just acts naturally in front of everybody, despite the differences in age or positions.

I understand that the MCs want to make the show funny and entertaining but sometimes the way they make fun of the bosses is a bit too much. I mean, the bosses are professionals who know what they're doing and are definitely good at their job. Who are they to be qualified to criticize and mock their work ethics and tell them how to do their job. I'm just saying, there's a line to where you could make the show fun and sometimes they crossed that line
I don’t think it’s it’s to make it funny. This show was created to “criticize” the bosses and explain from a employee’s view on what the bosses do wrong. The bosses come to the show knowing that🤷🏻♀️
It's just a show. And it's widely known their super different off TV. They have to be like that on tv to stand out. Im sure behind scenes their different and the producers also cut the funny scenes to put I more evidently. Wouldn't u out funny scenes rather then quiet ones

Ceo kim is so hardworking. I truly respect her. The bond between yang and Kim is pure, genuine and without any filter. I didn't like when other hosts were making fun of Kim's crying. They were very insensitive.

Boss Kim is truly a leader with solid ambition and a childlike heart. To risk it all at a young age for a profession that does not guarantee success to everybody is a very very very brave leap. It's like jumping off the cliff and really believing that you can grow wings, and with perseverance, the wings do grow for those select few brave hearts who never stopped having faith in their aim and hardwork.

people might say that its a reality show and that's why they have to entertain the audience with joke sometimes but I think human struggle and their sentiment is above everything. Even if its beneficial to u no one should joke around with the struggle of other ppl. Its such a bad thing that i find it really disgusting bcz when ppl are struggling, they only wants the comfort of other ppl. It might not solve their problem but gives a great length of strength. So, think at least a hundred time before saying ur tears looks fake or any of this bs.
Also her company might not be 100% perfect but I know 1 thing for sure that after watching her many women out their will give their best to do things they like and be dependent on their ownself; out of all the boss in this show, i find her the most sincere about her job

I honestly didn’t found rude the mcs when Kim ceo was crying. I prefer people to laugh, help lift the mood when I cry (which I never do because i never cry in front of people) instead of them being careful and trying console me besides it’s on tv. I would prefer everyone to laugh when the camera is showing how i cry 🤣🤣🤣
