Whatever you think about who is going to win. Know that this series will be harder for the Wolves than the Nuggets was. I think the Wolves grew a lot during that series just like the the Mavs have during their run. But the way Mavs play is a very different beast. And their defense is much better than the Nuggets. It doesn't sound like Legs has watched much Wolves film from this season. Not crucifying him for it, just my observation.
They've had Rudy play at the level of the screen against Dallas more than any of his other PNR matchups. Even still, while Luka is maybe the best drop coverage ball handler in the league, there's not another big you'd rather have playing 2-on-1 (when needed). Like Russilo said, outside of Josh Green, there's no way they start out with Rudy on PJ or Derrick Jones Jr. The disadvantage that Jokic possessed--being able to beat up on Rudy w/o involving the ball handler--won't be there this series (with the centers for Dallas lacking the polish and strength).
I also think he's underselling Ant's strength. As the Wolves don't have a great matchup for the league's premier strength-finesse fours (think JJJ, Zion, Randle, etc.), they often give Ant those assignments--he defended admirably, for the most part. It's definitely Jaden's matchup to lose, but they will assuredly be rotating their cast of primary Luka defenders. Much to the chagrin of many fans of the Wolves, they often throw Slo-Mo onto Luka.
I'd love for someone more informed on the Mavs side to inform me as to what their base PNR defense looks like--I'd imagine that they will hedge Ant in a similar manner to the Nuggets. It'll be interesting to see if they are willing to die by Rudy rolling (like the Nuggets in games 1-5) or Jaden spot shots (Nuggets 6-7). Rudy and Jaden versus Lively/Gafford and PJ...

Legler makes great points and Dallas is no slouch, but Luka is going to bully Jaden? If that’s the case why has he never before and why would MIN even consider putting him on Luka? Listen, much like Joker, Luka is going to get his, but if you can limit him and preferably make him one-dimensional, then you can minimize his impact on winning the game. I truly believe that kyrie vs Ant will be a stalemate, so if we can limit Luka in some ways, then it’ll fall on our guys in the paint to make things difficult for their bigs. Luckily we have KAT and Rudy in there and they match up great to PJ and Lively/Gafford. This one won’t be easy and it could easily go either way. I wouldn’t be surprised to see both teams steal a game on the road. Ultimately I believe in the wolves though. They are riding a wave here and it continues through this series.

Is Ant guarding Luka or is he guarding Derrick Jones? If he's guarding Luka I think defensively that is a great matchup for the wolves, McDaniels can shut down Derrick Jones and Ant is big enough to handle Luka's size but I would then worry about him getting tired and being off the floor more and possibly being way worse offensively since he would be tired dealing with Luka all game. If Ant is guarding Jones and McDaniels is guarding Luka, I'm worried that McDaniels is too slim to deal with Luka's body and would then get into foul trouble to being tired and frustrated. Those wing defensive matchups will be really interesting to me to watch but remember that Alexander-Walker off the bench absolutely helps with the fatigue issue of guarding Luka for that long

Nobody is worried about Derrick jones lol if he make a couple 3’s so be it, will be Conley on him. Jaden will switch between guarding Luka and Kyrie. Kyle Anderson and Ant will likely be taking turns on Luka as well. NAW will spend time guarding Kyrie
