Huge Drew fan but honestly would love this to be an ongoing thing where every Clash at the Castle PLE he gets screwed over. Almost like when Taker's WM streak was happening, you knew he was going to win but still wanted to see, with Drew you know he's going to get screwed over but how is it going to happen? Then eventually the year will come where the world gets shocked and he actually wins at Clash.

My initial reaction to CM Punk ruining Drew’s opportunity was anger and sadness for Drew - but quickly I realized Drew didn’t take care of the snakes in the weeds since before Wrestlemania and now he’s been bitten a second time! Now we should turn to be excited about that Drew vs Punk match- maybe it’s a series that gets more and more intense. Huge congrats to Isla & Alba, I didn’t see that happening- and now they have that tv time they deserve. See you guys after MN Raw 🥰👀

I thought the peace sign punk did was in reference to the drew meme cm punk grave shirt. I popped big for that because I almost bought that shirt but ultimately didn’t because it disrespected my guy. That shirt was the birth of drew being over for me in a big way
No, that is not the peace sign. the peace sign is your fingers facing outwards. that sign is usually done with an upwards jerking motion and in the UK it means Up Yours, their version of the middle finger. Notice drew gave Cole that same sign mid match and Drew is upset right now with Cole because Cole called him a hypocrite a while back.
It's a little bit of both.

53:09 For the record, yes that is the Cody Rhodes we know. It’s Cody from AEW. It’s like Bubba Ray said the other day speaking with Cody…Cody hates everyone. He fights it but it’s there. Thing is Cody is doing the things he does when he is full Homelander as the diplomat. But the claimed kingdom fueled him to fight. Now…the other royal families (bootleg bloodline) and knights (AJ) are pushing him to break. I’m interested for the slow build too. Sorry I like to use game of thrones/Cody’s theme to explain his story.

I like Priest having the belt. Way more than Seth Rollins, that's a definite. I was shocked by the Women's Tag Team match in a lot of ways, but I didn't think the belts would end up on the two least-superstar like team of the bunch. Im not sure how it helps those belts, they're not even as good as Whoop Whoop.

I would have been more satisfied with the finish had Damien not had the movement of slipping off the rope and hanging from his leg, hopefully he hasn’t torn anything.
Sami Zayn gets flack for not looking like a wrestler. I'll admit I didn't really like him at first. But I'm so sold on him now. 3 stars should come out of the Gable/Zayn feud. Gable obviously Otis and Maxxine

YES. He does. And here’s why:
Drew injured Punk. Drew cost Punk his dream of finally main eventing Wrestlemania. Drew attacked Punk after injuring him. Drew then mocked Punk on social media for months, made shirts and tweets bragging about injuring Punk. He was proud of it and showed no remorse. And then after he stole Punk’s Wrestlemania match and won it, instead off celebrating with his wife, he made it all about Punk and rubbed his face in that moment, threatened to end his career if he came back and did a crotch chop in front of Punk’s face.
Drew tried to get famous off Punk’s name. He tried to profit at Punk’s expense.
As a man, as a wrestler, you can only tolerate so much disrespect before you have to stand up and say “ENOUGH.”
Punk could not let those transgressions slide, or else next time, it could be someone else going after him trying to get famous off his name.
Punk was left with no choice. It’s not enough to just beat Drew; he has to embarrass Drew. He has to make an example out of Drew. He has to make Drew a cautionary tale: when you mess with CM Punk, BAD THINGS happen to you.
Drew brought this on himself.

Punk and Drew should be a summerslam or hell in a cell match
I think their first match (probably at Summerslam) should be a one-on-one match that ends in either a no contest or double DQ or something to eventually lead to a Hell in a Cell match. There are rumors WWE is thinking of bringing back the "Bad Blood" PLE name, which is where the Hell in a Cell debuted, so maybe HIAC in the fall between these two?

Drew lost the title to Damien at Wrestlemania 40. Drew wins, he provoke Punk, Punk attacked him and Damien cashes in, it all make sense, its logic.
But someone just come to the ring easily, acting like referee, no one in the back do anything and then he provoke a wrestler, assault him and interrupting the match is stupid. Is that easy for someone to ruin a fellow wrestler's match? In front of millions of people around the world. This is normal?
My friend said, "He got the shirt at the back and just run to the ring, that's how it happen" , "he said he wishes for CM Punk injury, that's why Punk did that", "they need to do this and this and that so Summerslam can be like this, so the plan was..".
I don't need to know that, I'm a fan and I don't need to think about what happen behind the scene. You don't need to tell me in the middle of a Star Wars movie and be like "they make a very good CGI, the acting was good", "you know why the actor was changed, because blah blah blah" I know that and I'm not stupid. I just want to enjoy it. Drew and Damien done a great job and then the same thing that happened like thousand times, happened. So annoyed.

Drew should have won and CM punk should have screwed him at summerslam and that’s how Gunther becomes champ. We get Drew vs Gunther, we get Drew winning at home and you still get the screw job in a big stage. This was the wrong move

Damien Priest Drew Mcintyre and CM Punk 🌟.👍🏽 all in all this ple was a solid "3 out of 10 " .. if they had to choose anyone feom Scotland to believably win a championship🏆 combined with putting everything in the ring ' it should have been Piper ' .
