I eat sand everyday and have pika that is considered normal in everyday life (Salt is just sand from rock form then turned to grain which has taste that the human body is use to) Idk why sand is in pika when salt isn't So a point we all have pika if we eat salt
Yes. Your teeth could be more delicate, they could get smaller until you cant eat anymore and its just not good for your healt. Its literally eating rocks and i think you could be sanding ur tongue by eating sand.
