  • Teryaki salmon just sounds delicious, i was at the grocery store and was able to score some Panda Express teryaki sauce. Had some salmon at home and some Bachan’s teryaki so i decided why not make a trial of some teryaki salmon . To start the cook we decided to cut the salmon in nice small fillet portions and marinate the salmon for 30min anything longer than 1hr makes the salmon mushy ,so we kept it safe . We fired up the Traeger ironwood 885 with lumberjack competition pellets. Set the temperature to 180 super smoke for about 30min then we turned up the temperature to 225 super smoke until 145 internal.total cook time was 1.5 hours 30@180 1hr@225 we glazed with the sauce at 45min. Definitely give this a try everyone perfect flavors and moist fish.
