Luis Miguel is the singer of Puerto Rican origin that Mexico adopted as his own, this man is the best singer and interpreter that exists here in decades there will be a voice as powerful as his is unique :)
Well is a mixture, he was only born in puerto Rico because his parents were there, buts his father is Spaniard and his mother is from Italy, and he was raised in Mexico and stayed there forever. But what really matters and I agree with you, he is the best singer and interpreter.
He sang a song in San Remo festival in Italy when he was a teenager(his mother was italian). "Noi ragazzi di oggi" he already had a voice back then. You should look in to it.
