150 g cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
150 g caster sugar
2 eggs
40 g unsalted butter
60 g vegetable oil
170 g milk
30 g lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
📒 Whipped Cream Cheese
100 g of cream cheese
45 g icing sugar
200 g of whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

How to bake
- Bake preheated oven at the 170 C for 20-25 minutes
*skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean*

เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาลทราย 150 กรัม

เนยสด 40 กรัม
น้ำมันพืช 60 กรัม
นมสด 170 กรัม
น้ำมะนาวเลม่อน 30 กรัม
ผิวเลม่อน 1 ช้อนชา
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
📒วิปปิ้งครีมชีส
ครีมชีส 100 กรัม
น้ำตาลไอซิ่ง 45 กรัม
วิปปิ้งครีม 200 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1/2 ช้อนชา
เกลือเล็กน้อย

วิธีการอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม 20-25 นาที

Wait, the liquids should be at ml it’s not at g right? 😏
1ml = 1g. But it's better to use g measurement imho because I remembered following a recipe that uses ml to measure a liquid and the dough turned out so stiff and dry I had to re-measure it using g instead and the recipe works amazingly. But up to you. 😅
Perfect cake…I hate when people bake on you tube and show a “burned” cake 🍰👎👎👎..I am a baker and will never eat a brown burned cake…but this person knows how to bake..Martha Steward tends to do that…she’s not that great of a baker..thank you for sharing beautiful cake 🍰👏👏👏👏👍👍

La ricetta sembra semplice. Ma non capisco perché scrivi che al limone se la crema è alla vaniglia e Pan di spagna alla vaniglia e SCORZA DI LIMONE, ma non è al limone.

This was such a huge disappointment I’ve tried so many on YT and I haven’t found one that has been as moist as everyone says they are. The wet ingredients measurements were off in ratio to the dry the batter was runny too much oil too much milk and it was dry so dry I threw it out …nothing like it looks when she cuts it. I will continue to make the Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme boxed cake….yes I know it’s a boxed cake but it’s the only lemon cake that says it’s moist and it is ….by far the best lemon cake ever and half the work..

I tried it, but when I took it out of the oven, it was doughy, not cooked, and not very soft. It didn't even swell, even though I put baking powder.

Pour les explications au niveau de la crème, il y a un petit cafouillage (du retard dans les sous titres, par rapport à la préparation)!!! Le gâteau est prêt, et les sous titres donnent les derniers ingrédients !!! Ça peut gêner pour certains🙁🙁🙁
