Hey Craig, we are having our house built. Question is isn’t the city supposed to send out inspectors for each phase of the build?
Traditionally, there are certain stages they must pass in order to proceed. If the builder is big enough and can't wait for the city, they may have their own Inspectors, but they must follow the same guidelines as the city Inspectors.
"If you like the water, if you like the coast lines" move to a city where you wont find a house on a gulf access canal for less than $600k and if you are lucky then you will be 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico
The removal hearing was supposed to conclude last week on the 7th. Any updates or buzz on the street?
Street buzz is that.......ITS COMING OUT! Lets wait for official word, but leaning toward removal.
