The cleanest restoration I’ve seen so far on RUclips. Just one request If you do painting please do somewhere far from here plantations and of course kids and cattle barn. And please avoid very toxic materials that would harm both people and the Nature. Very very thanks
This guy is an amazing mechanic. He's also a good machinist. Great restoration! Couldn't believe how black that old engine oil was... obviously hadn't been changed in years. I like that the new chain is gold colored... that's a nice touch. Fantastic job! 👍
Well done, a job of love and patience. Never mind those who run down your excellent work. None of them has a video of any kind to show their work to the world. Cheers from Indonesia and all the best of encouragement for future.
Restoring an item requires imagination, creativity, patience, skill and tools. Not to mention that it is almost a therapeutic relaxation treatment. I LOVE restorations !! Giving new life to old pieces is extremely pleasurable.
Great work, respect! Lot of skills! Amazing to watch! It's not a formula1 classic or an e-type.. It's a Honda chaly! And you doing the best. Everything clean, nice colors, everything works fine!! Great job! For me, it was a great pleasure, to watch this video!! ✨👍
An absolute superb job on this restoration... Excellent paintwork and colors... Fantastic welding... This is one of the best restos I've seen so far... WELL DONE!!! 10/10
... AMAZING....my memory is the length ofa' GoldFish....how he remembers how to put it together again is Baffling!!! 🤔😨💜 In the middle I said to myself, "I can't wait until he cranks it up!".....thank u for sharing, I need to get up off tha couch, lol and fix something
This is not a restoration! To restore something means to bring it to original spec's. Then for exaple the hole inside the frame had to be fixed/welded, the chrome had to be redone and not painted, the play on the axle of the brake pedal had to be fixed/welded/milled, the dipstick wouldn't be sanded of but would be replaced, engine wouldn't be painted but polished... Don't get me wrong, the bike looks very good and most of it has been done very well. This is more of a refurbish or a repaint, but not a restauration.
cylinder-piston group needs to be replaced or a cylinder must be bored and a piston of a new repair size installed. scuffing on the piston skirt is a sign of engine overheating. such an engine will not work for a long time
I thought "nice job!" Until I saw the uninhibited chemical pollution at 8:32. I don't understand the "I don't give a fuck" side of South Asians for their environment.
The whole job is criminal. No safety items were restored, he just hid the problems under paint and some poor bozo will be impressed by it and buy it. I pity the fool...
@@The-Rectifier I don't claim to know it all, but I know enough to say that to call that vehicle restored is to gloss over the truth (there's a joke in there...). Your user name is The Mechanic? If none of the practices shown in that video rang alarm bells with you then I'm amazed.

A restauração de um item exige imaginação, criatividade, paciência, habilidade e ferramentas. Sem falar que é quase um tratamento terapêutico de relaxamento. Eu AMO restaurações!! Dar vida nova aos velhinhos é extremamente prazeroso.
*You did an exceptional job on the restoration!* *From 'Junk' to 'Great Machine!'* ( *This makes me appreciate my little '08 Honda 'Metropolitan' all the more over how flawlessly it performs* ) *Fortunately, it needs nothing, and looks 'Showroom New' despite 11,000-miles on it!* *I keep it inside, safe from thieves and kids with rocks and 'mud-dauber wasps' that make mud-tunnels inside everything*
Somebody give this man a shop, he deserves a workshop! Great Job!
You have great skills and a lot of talent. I know it is your way, but you should get yourself a good workbench. Better yet, make one!

Nice job! First person on RUclips that actually knows how to use spray paint.

I think you could restore an 18th century clock quite easily.

It is was a lot interesting, this bike is nice now, great job man....

watching restorations like this r so weirdly satisfying
Buen trabajo, saludos desde Buenos Aires , Argentina.
I can't believe he re-used that piston, and didn't open up the engine. I don't think I'd want to trust welded up handlebars either.
Welds are strong enough unless you're a hulk.
Excellent!
wow. that is what jesus does to our souls when we come to him and get saved. he makes us all brand new.

Pretty good video, straight to the point footage of him rebuilding the moped, without any uneeded talking or a big ego to get in the way,I like it.

Why do you speak Japanese because you live in Japan
I live in Vietnam
When i spray paint it doesn't look anywhere near that good. Must be the hat.

Of they do it on a car...indeed a felony. But, it's common to do after a restoration of a bike. ( most ppl, simply put a new unit in)
