This is good as it gets. The author did not waste any time talking about non-related topics. You get all of the features of Power Point with out being chained to annual cost. I am not affiliated with Dave or google but I will no longer use MS Office. I bought at a discounted price, MS Office, and a lot of the functionality does not work. I just retired and use to live and died by MS. I don't see a need to paid annual fees when google slides and sheets, etc. has the same features and it is free. Thanks David.

Normally, I just use a given theme from Google Slides, but this has given me the confidence to make my own theme that would better fit my presentations. Thanks!
Really simple and easy tutorial. I remember learning about the Master Slide in school but I forgot it because I never used it. In university I had to create multiple presentations, and as I love to add flair to my presentations, I had to edit each element individually. My senior presentation was 64 slides 😭 If only I had remembered the Master slide.

Thanks for this. At 4:24 approx what if u want to crop an image with a rotated rectangle, both of which go beyond the slide canvas, like on a corner. Can u mask or intersect like that? For those overlapping shapes going beyond the slide canvas, how can you crop them so u only see what is within the canvas?

Google slides has limited functionality at the moment. It still needs a lot of features to be able to compete with powerpoint.
