Aap is case me direct clr pr bhi shorting check kr skte , if clr pr short h to clr remove krke check kr lenge input side se h ya output side se iske according direct dc supply ke jumper de skte h minimum voltage se start krege or heating check kr lenge or 19 v se cpu heat ho rha h to ye 100% nhi kh skte h ki bios ke pin 8 bhi short dekhayega , isiliye latest board me 19 v dene se phke core ke mosfet phle check kr lenge
