You missed the sage & onion stuffing & Yorkshire puddings. Only use Bisto & cornflour to thicken with meat juices. Them gray granules have a synthetic taste.

At 7:33 the chicken wasn't cooked properly and she used that juice to make the gravy also she didn't let the meat rest b4 cutting it up and at 15:22 she said u wanna make sure ur meats not pink or bloody or anything like that but that bird was still pink
I use the carcass to make chicken noddle soup, or as my kids call it chicken carcass soup.

The chicken was cooked properly and was not pink. The bird had been cooking for approx 1 hour 30 before I drained the juices, and was properly cooked
Yes it's good to let the meat rest before carving, but the chicken was well cooked and falling off the bone 😊
