Don’t trust 4 am thoughts Robbi…they come from a flight/fight response (bc of changing environment your alert systems are on)…those thoughts are helpful tho bc they tell you, your fears (keep a notebook and write them down, but then go back to sleep - writing them down releases them from ur brain temporarily and let’s you rest) then in the morning think about those fears logically, the pain helps direct you toward what you want if you listen to it in a constructive way with fresh eyes in the morning (ps St Paul was a wise dude…Corinthians…Romans…Phillipians, etc…all 👌)

Change is not permanent. Fact of life things change . It is how you react to it. Are you going to accept it or going to go to pieces because what was is gone.
Adapt and overcome . Robbi Change is part of life. Growth we grow by trying new things . We grow by taking risks to something we have never tried before. Fear of the unknown is you never tried it before stay in the cocoon you made to your comfort zone all the things you like inside of this self created world .
Open up your eyes its a big world out their new things to try to see to taste and smell. All things in life change. There are some you control and they are subject to change by you. But if you don't own it have a say in it you can't change it. You must accept it the way it is until the time comes where you can evoke change.
I said to you long time ago life does not come with a manual. This chapter of Robbi is being written by you each day. If it make you happy it's a good thing. If it is troublesome then be cautious not to get hurt by it. Road of life Robbi is not flat .⚘️⚘️⚘️ Ken in Alabama.
