Bro for future reference using starting fluid for seating tires. That's what we use for larger gaps on rig wheels. It's more explosive than brake cleaner. And works the first time everytime.

You need more air pressure going into the tire when you light it I usually do around 150 that’s why it keeps popping off
For the d250 if you're going to convert it to a dually. You should lower it and get 22.5 alcoas milled down to a 22.
Keep the truck. Also the guy with the blue hood is a savage for jumping on the tires like that.

Build it ,keep the flat bed on it And put some JTX forge on it or American force 10 lug dully wheel on it. Once you build it You can decide whether you use it as a tow rig or give it away

I'd do a little lift off road front bumper and color match the entire truck including the flatbed

Hey buddy the cab is the same for a manual or automatic so if you pull the carpet back there should be a hole in the floor for a shifter but if you put the g56 in it you need a drive shaft that is 2.5 inches shorter
That 3rd gen with the cali’s and the flat bed is 🔥
Any dodge truck from 1980 to 1993 will work same body just different grille in the 90’s
Leave the 250 single rear wheel. Looks way better! Look forward to the build.
You need a cheata blaster , used for airing up semi tires , never had an issue using one and setting a tire . Check it out on Amazon

Just get a bead blaster/cheetah when we have tires that are being a pita we will use two sometimes. Make sure the bottom of the tire is about seated on the bottom bead, and when you blast it, the air bounces off the bottom and pops the top bead into place

All you need is fenders for the dually bed on the first gen. Just fab you up some badass dually fenders yourself. But if the bed shit then yeah go that route.

Definitely build it. Love that truck it would definitely be a great tow pig. Also I think keep the flatbed but if you want to change it up you could color match the bed. I know if you keep it you will build it out nicely. Edit just watched you say about matching the bed 😂😂
You should find a slight cowled hood for the 1st Gen and a visor and 22 inch American forces bullet holes

I don't know if you take the schrader valve out when you seat the bead, but it allows more air to enter the tire faster so it will seat easier.
build it and if you get a second gen you should get an extended cab dually
Def keep 3rd gen and white paint match the grill and black peice on top of the bumper get rim sick dually rims lift it like 4 inches for bigger wheels and put like a 75 sidewall on it please I don't like the rubber band tires you have. Love the content keep up the great work
Keep and build the 3rd gen. Go a different route ive seen way to man people running Alcoa as much as I love the look.
Get some 22.5 alcoas machined down to 22 and get 10 bolt adapters for the 2nd gen

I never understood why anyone would think rubber band tires on rims that are good at no more then destroying wheel bearings are cool. Smaller wheel with no more sidewall is the only way to go on a truck.
