insanely nostalgic, made me cry a little bit. as i’ve gotten older i’ve drifted from bvb, but i remember crying to savior when i was 13 years old, as cheesy and cliche as it sounds that song saved me many times. i felt so alone, helpless, but i could always ground myself with savior (or carolyn). i wouldn’t be who i am without that song, crying my eyes out when andy broke his ribs, all the old crack complications, making edits, fanpages, all of it. i wish 13 year old me could listen to this, and see me now. the lyrics to this song remind me of how i’ve felt toward this band forever, ive enjoyed growing up with you guys🥺
I relate to this so heavily, every bit of it. I used to fall asleep listening to their stuff and watching their interviews with BryanStars, it was the pick-me-up that I needed at that time. And this is a perfect call back to that time.

This. Everything about this I relate to. I remember being 16 just crying alone in my room to Savior playing in my headphones. How alone I felt and this band always felt like family to me. Like someone out there was listening to things i never said. I'm 26 now and though life isn't perfect, I'm still here, have a beautiful 3 year old son to live for and I honestly didn't think i would have made it here
Black Veil Brides were the reason I became a musician in the first place. Their music got me through some of the hardest times of my life. Saviour II is a love letter to all of us. I went to the Denver show at the Oriental Theater the other night and I truly felt connected with everyone in the room. I love these guys, and I love all of you. This band has been my favorite for a long time I actually stumbled into the band while on my space and heard the original we stitch these wounds. Ever since then I was hooked and have enjoyed their music.
The fact this released when I was on a hospital bed surviving a suicide and every lyric is relatable to me and to the person who saved me… scary how the universe somehow knows what’s happening and what you need to hear at the moment :)

I honestly try to hold back tears listening to this and savior. They are both very amazing, and i truly love Andy's vocals in both songs it is just truly incredible.
@prajna Of course Andy's voice is amazing, and the lyrics are wonderful and touching. But the composition of the music itself is what grabbed me. You can truly feel the emotion in every note. This is a song that could be stripped down to even just a single instrument and still be hauntingly beautiful. Jinxx is an incredibly talented composer and musician., and this song illustrates that. It's raw emotion, exposed and vulnerable.

Saviour got me through some of the hardest times I've ever had, giving me a lifeline while I found my own strength. This is an amazing sequel, and I'm so glad to see just how far we've all come.
I'm 40 and still blasting BVB and won't stop. I love these guys and their music. I couldn't get a sitter to see them when they were in town recently. This song hit me so much. My life was full of pain, misery and sorrow. I've lost people who i loved so dearly. Had a teenage life with a abusive stepmother. But I after all that I've faced, I finally made a decision to give it all up to God. I believe that God can guide me through this world of darkness and cruelty. This song has made me feel more confident that my life will be worth it, but never wasted.

I've been a fan of BVB since I was 10. You guys have gotten me through so much. Saviour remains a big comfort song even if I go in and out of hyperfixating on your music. Seeing just the notification of Saviour II had me almost crying. Absolutely love your music, whether it's new or old, and you remain one of my absolute favorite bands. This is just as beautiful as Saviour and stands on its own as well. I will always love BVB no matter what. Y'all's music gives me so much comfort and helped me feel so much less alone. There is a very interesting juxtaposition with the fact that this is BVB and they have orchestral instruments but at the same time there are very subtly christian sounding lyrics and having a band whose imagery normally wouldnt lead to that, in this beautiful church setting. All in all, I love everything about this and about BVB. Andy, CC, Jinxx, John and Lonny are all amazingly talented and have provided the army with so many uplifting moments and songs. I have loved to see the transformation of not only Andy and his vocal range, but the band as a whole over the years.

Been Fighting with my depression, and ADHD for years and Times I don’t know How to stabilize myself, but their music makes me grounded of my own self and Know that Theirs are people who are Fighting their battles. This song makes me think of a girl in high school. She was beautiful, witty, and kind to everyone she met. Not one soul could say a negative thing about her. I went to a catholic high school, and in a place full of hypocrites, she really made me want to step up and be a light. I know several people have different beliefs, but I feel like God put her in my life to see what could be done. I hope she is doing well and all of you listening/watching. I was a preteen when I first listened to the original Savior song and, though I haven't listened to your music in a long time, this brings back memories of a time when my life was so chaotic, with everything feeling so hopeless that life didn't feel like it was worth living. People made fun of me for liking this kind of music, but it gave me back the hope I had lost and made me who I am today. I had no plans to live past the age of 16, I'm 24 now, about to be 25 - I made it, thanks to you and so many other bands like you. Bvb was probably my fav band 10 years ago (you can probably tell from my name which I never bothered to change). It was my gateway band and I followed them closely up until set the world on fire. Although I don't listen to them much anymore, this song takes me back. Solid track and very reminiscent of saviour 1.0. Great stuff.

When this song makes you cry harder than the first Saviour- especially "now that I know I am more than my scars" you have no idea how insecure they make me feel. Or how hard it hits when I see them and remember the way I felt. I feel almost guilty.. but I'm slowly accepting that I am more than just that, I have to learn to accept my past before I can move into my future. I actually wanted to get "Saviour" engraved into my class ring because that's the only thing that got me this far in life. I don't believe I would be here tonight without that song. Bvb hugely impacted how I grew up and overcame my struggles during adolescence. I would definitely not be here today if it weren't for their songs and message of hope and resilience. Savior was one of the most impactful songs for me growing up, and truly shaped who I would later become as a person. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to grow with this band and their music over the years. I wish I had known then how much better life would become, and how I'm now able to make a career out of helping kids and teens who are struggling just like I was. Life can be an absolute shithole sometimes, but a strong will and resilience can overcome almost any obstacles. Bvb definitely helped me build that will in myself. Even ten plus years after first finding BVB when I really needed someone who understand me; I still find myself running to their music when things get so bad I can't think of anything but running away and disappearing forever. When I think everyone would be better off without me, I come back to BVB and their music; and I remind myself who gave me the strength to carry on all this time. To keep pushing, to never give in and never give up. And while it doesn't take away everything I feel that hurts me, it reminds me that I can handle it. I can stand tall, live through it and know that BVB and their music is always there for me.

Black Veil Brides were the reason I became a musician in the first place. Their music got me through some of the hardest times of my life. Saviour II is a love letter to all of us. I went to the Denver show at the Oriental Theater the other night and I truly felt connected with everyone in the room. I love these guys, and I love all of you. This band has been my favorite for a long time I actually stumbled into the band while on my space and heard the original we stitch these wounds. Ever since then I was hooked and have enjoyed their music.

@prajna Of course Andy's voice is amazing, and the lyrics are wonderful and touching. But the composition of the music itself is what grabbed me. You can truly feel the emotion in every note. This is a song that could be stripped down to even just a single instrument and still be hauntingly beautiful. Jinxx is an incredibly talented composer and musician., and this song illustrates that. It's raw emotion, exposed and vulnerable.

I've been a fan of BVB since I was 10. You guys have gotten me through so much. Saviour remains a big comfort song even if I go in and out of hyperfixating on your music. Seeing just the notification of Saviour II had me almost crying. Absolutely love your music, whether it's new or old, and you remain one of my absolute favorite bands. This is just as beautiful as Saviour and stands on its own as well. I will always love BVB no matter what. Y'all's music gives me so much comfort and helped me feel so much less alone. There's something beautiful about seeing Jinxx conducting a chamber orchestra.
There is a very interesting juxtaposition with the fact that this is BVB and they have orchestral instruments but at the same time there are very subtly christian sounding lyrics and having a band whose imagery normally wouldnt lead to that, in this beautiful church setting. All in all, I love everything about this and about BVB. Andy, CC, Jinxx, John and Lonny are all amazingly talented and have provided the army with so many uplifting moments and songs. I have loved to see the transformation of not only Andy and his vocal range, but the band as a whole over the years.
Still after Years of listening to them, I still feel like a safe place when I listen to their music. Been Fighting with my depression, and ADHD for years and Times I don’t know How to stabilize myself, but their music makes me grounded of my own self and Know that Theirs are people who are Fighting their battles. To me this is my safe space.

This song makes me think of a girl in high school. She was beautiful, witty, and kind to everyone she met. Not one soul could say a negative thing about her. I went to a catholic high school, and in a place full of hypocrites, she really made me want to step up and be a light. I know several people have different beliefs, but I feel like God put her in my life to see what could be done. I hope she is doing well and all of you listening/watching. I was a preteen when I first listened to the original Savior song and, though I haven't listened to your music in a long time, this brings back memories of a time when my life was so chaotic, with everything feeling so hopeless that life didn't feel like it was worth living. People made fun of me for liking this kind of music, but it gave me back the hope I had lost and made me who I am today. I had no plans to live past the age of 16, I'm 24 now, about to be 25 - I made it, thanks to you and so many other bands like you. Thank you for giving me my life back, you'll never know how much it means to still be here.

Bvb was probably my fav band 10 years ago (you can probably tell from my name which I never bothered to change). It was my gateway band and I followed them closely up until set the world on fire. Real talent
When this song makes you cry harder than the first Saviour- especially "now that I know I am more than my scars" you have no idea how insecure they make me feel. Or how hard it hits when I see them and remember the way I felt. I feel almost guilty.. but I'm slowly accepting that I am more than just that, I have to learn to accept my past before I can move into my future.
I actually wanted to get "Saviour" engraved into my class ring because that's the only thing that got me this far in life. I don't believe I would be here tonight without that song. Thank you guys, really. Because of the work you do, I lived to see so many miracles that I wouldn't have witnessed if I hadn't heard your song three years ago.... You guys always have a place in my heart.

Savior was one of the first songs I heard from BVB when I was 17 years old and it was a light at the end of the tunnel at that time ❤ today, 11 years later, this song for me is his way of telling me "we're still here, don't give up " Thanks for everything.

Bvb hugely impacted how I grew up and overcame my struggles during adolescence. I would definitely not be here today if it weren't for their songs and message of hope and resilience. Savior was one of the most impactful songs for me growing up, and truly shaped who I would later become as a person. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to grow with this band and their music over the years. I wish I had known then how much better life would become, and how I'm now able to make a career out of helping kids and teens who are struggling just like I was. Life can be an absolute shithole sometimes, but a strong will and resilience can overcome almost any obstacles. Bvb definitely helped me build that will in myself. Thank you guys for encouraging me and showing me that my life was worth fighting for

Even ten plus years after first finding BVB when I really needed someone who understand me; I still find myself running to their music when things get so bad I can't think of anything but running away and disappearing forever. When I think everyone would be better off without me, I come back to BVB and their music; and I remind myself who gave me the strength to carry on all this time. To keep pushing, to never give in and never give up. And while it doesn't take away everything I feel that hurts me, it reminds me that I can handle it. I can stand tall, live through it and know that BVB and their music is always there for me.
If literally anyone in this band is ready to be done, it's okay to be done. You don't have to be for us forever. It's okay to let go if you're ready. You've tended our hearts of fire and helped us learn that we have to fight for this, and that we can. That it's up to us. You've given us so much music and so much life. You don't have to keep wearing any mask you don't want to.
