Hi everyone
This is very delicious and mouth watering dish. I prepared this dish with totally a jugaad.
you can make it at home and far far better than restaurants....It's totally true. I made this dish on Bati tandoor. plz watch all my recipes and enjoy....
Ingredients
For this I took 1.5kg whole chicken
200 gm curd
2 big size lemon juice
2 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
2 Tbs Chilli flakes
11/2 Tbs Coriander seeds
salt according to taste
handful coriander leaves
Mint leaves half of coriander
3 Green Chillies
Garm Masala powder
2 Tbs Black pepper
5 Cloves
2 inch cinnamon
1/4 ts Cumin seeds
