I noticed that Red Mistress is Fire2 Glamour3, making it possible to boost her to Glamour4 with Gossamer Veil (G3), so late into the game you have natural access to Ring of the False Prophet (F2G4). Together with Blood Bishops you have continious access to Holy3. Expensive, but you can cast Divine Blessing at beginning of combat without Sabbats and Throne captures with more commanders than your actual Prophet.
Very true, the Ring of the False prophet is a massive introduction for Dominions 6 for getting holy levels up. I don't think it's quite as necessary, due to getting sabbaths to get your blood levels up if you really need a divine bless, but it's useful for doing it without additional mages and also for certain preaching or blood sacrificing plays on the strategic map! You can also get it if you get lucky with a Cambrion King, or if your pretender has fire 4 or fire and death, giving them a fire booster, so if you want to play around using it that can be a more reliable way of getting it!
Pyrenee is up there on nations that fell hard for the blood magics. The alkalene (the black goat men) were forced breed with the muflons leading to the black goat mounts and even the the ordinary were like "dam you people are crazy I'm out"
Oh it really is, they have a pretty bad slow descent into worse and worse practices over the age. Given how they ended up, I'm guessing the Jentil's are fine with what happened to them!
That's very true, the same is true with your hoof attacks on your horses! You do have a higher chance of hitting the head with bigger units but with the size difference from goats to horses in comparison to humans it's not that much of an increase.
If you fine a Jade Amazon province or have water paths on your pretender, Flasks of Holy water are potentially a nice piece of gear for your cambions if you have a bless worth mentioning. Obviously, this is only really important if you intend for the commander in question to be running around on its own, away from your sabbath-enabled Divine Blessings, but it’s a very handy piece of gear for thugs, and depending on your bless can be a nice item for expensive mages as well if you for whatever reason don’t want your sabbaths to have to spend time blessing them (or are worried that your enemies have some sort of trick up their sleeves that could kill your mages before your sabbath has a chance to bless or buff them.)
Been following this national overviews of yours, despite only playing Dominions 4 (time and money...time and money....). It seems to me that a lot of factions in Dom6 has very small unit rosters. Questions: A)Is this impression right? B)Do the limited rosters make the faction feel less exciting than a faction with larger rosters?
Time and money are a good excuse not to upgrade! if you're happy with Dom 4, stick with it, I like Dom 6 for the UI and the multiplayer, but Dom 4 is a very similar game to it So for a) Its very nation dependent. Some have far fewer choices than others, but their limited picks are just better than some nations choices, either through base stats, advanced formations or additional features on their units. Some nations have fairly massive rosters in recruitment or summons, for examples I'd say for recruitment EA Ur for choices, for summons MA Bandar Log has a lot! point b) has even more to go with it, usually nations with limited rosters have more powerful commanders or units as a baseline, so you trade versatility for reliability of paths or just strength of troops/mages. It's a usual form of balance, a nation like say EA Tir Na N'og has not many choices but good base units but they're expensive in comparison to something like LA Vaettiheim which has a lot of units to choose from but they're not individually great. Happy to go into this further if you have other questions or something you want me to expand on!
its weird it took this long to get a a demonblood nation, yes there's abysssia but....abyssia. also "just give them basic fantasy troops" nation, which no shade the demon blood is their thing.
Fantastic!

When you have the blood crazed Pan saying "Maybe you've gone too far" you would've thought the people of Pyrene would've stopped but... Here we are!

The whole lore of pyrenes start to finish is a sad and depressing one.
The giants are rolling in their graves so hard. :(

youre my favourite dom6 creator
Thanks a lot! Glad you've been enjoying the videos!
Size 5 goat mounts with blunt damage are great for bonking humans on the head.

Love the powerpoint :)
Glad you liked it! I hope it makes things clearer when talking about the various units

@@ChazzyBurgerwilco ^^ cheers for the reply ^^
man, I don't really plan to play this nation, but they sure do look cool lol.
They are quite cool to play! You don't need to go massively sabbaths if you take a big bless, try them out and see if you like them!
