@@souleater6298 I call part 6 the Car Beater because one weird thing I notice is that anyone playing this Jason always goes for the cars. Idk why, I just noticed almost any player just goes for the car a lot.
That's the problem with most people when Jason shows up; They panic. I personally think of it as an honor when he shows up to greet me. Especially if I spawn by the police fuse box and he immediately morphs to my location. I look at it this way. He's there to greet me so I can be the first one to bash his head in. I don't panic when he is near. Jason better hope I didn't find a pocket knife or a machete if I'm playing as Bugsy. Tries to slash me his mask will come off because I'll slash him right back, heal myself with medic, Hypochondriac, and thick skin perks. He grabs me; I jump into combat stance right in front of him and smack him right in the face after he drops the pocket knife. I look forward to Jason being in my presence.
@@brandonsavitski I guarantee you're the type of person who goes into combat stance wanting jason to fight you with his weapon and as soon as he kills you you're messaging them calling them a slashing pussy
@@Brandon_093 1st of all I don't jump into combat stance when I'm ready to fight Jason. It limits your movements / mobility. Only time I jump into combat stance is if he grabs me and I stab him in the neck with a pocket knife or he grabs somebody else and they have a pocket knife on them as well. Once Jason pulls the pocket knife out and drops it to the ground about a half a second later he's perilously vulnerable to a combat stance attack swing and there's nothing he can do about it. He can't get his block up to avoid the hit. There's nothing he can do about it. That's a great way to damage Jason and get his mask off if you have a strong counselors. 2nd of all I want Jason to slash at me. I prefer he try and slash me. It's much better than getting grabbed. He grabs you and you don't have a pocket knife your pretty much dead. He slashes me I can slash him right back and once again get his mask off. You can get slashed 3 to 4 times before you limp or die. Hence why you run medic, hypochondriac, and thick skin perks to counter his slashes.
Part 3 is my go to. Classic look, running, 5 traps, and high damage, you just slash someone with full health a couple times and they are limping instantly Making for an easy grab kill, and if they happen to have a pocket knife, then they ain’t gettin that far unless they have a health spray. Some might call it cheap but goddamn is it effective
@@unclestarz8792 part 4 is my second favorite to use. A lot of the same strengths as part 3. Love how quickly he can break down doors but the small amount of traps makes me lean towards part 3 most of the time. Sometimes I’ll do part 4 if the map is really small or if there’s isn’t a full lobby. And yeah! I like to take my time with the kills bad make them waste their health sprays, a lot of times I’ll slash them till they’re limping, and then pause a second to see if they’ll heal themselves, and then quickly slash again when they finish lol.
@@deadpool981 Yeah. And Part 3 is my second favorite Jason to use. I like how well rounded he is. He is not too bad if you're a savage type of killer. But I lean more to Part 4 as Part 4 can break down doors faster. And I can work with less traps. Like, I usually end up killing at least a large majority of the counselors in a lobby when I play Part 4 even with the less traps. Like, I was just in a match as Part 4 Jason not too long ago and the match was a full lobby on the large version of Crystal Lake. And I killed 7/7 counselors. And the counselors weren't bad players. Some even gone for the boat. They weren't successful but they got some game sense there for knowing that Part 4 is slower in water. And the Fox player even got close to the exit with the boat but I got her and took care of her. So yeah that is why I like Part 4. I like his destruction and weapon strength and his weaknesses doesn't bother me much. Not even the less shift bothers me. So that is why he is my favorite Jason lol
Yes! More love for part 2. He's the slow burn choice. Taking the time to trap up the camp, knock out the power, knock out the counselors. Done and done. Always will be my numero uno.
Part 9 Jason is my primary Jason, so I can see where you’re coming from but I honestly think any Jason can be good if used correctly. Part 9 is good at shift and stalking so I just try to combine the 2 into a shift stalk grab, no one will see you coming but any Jason can do this but J9 does it so well because he has stalk and shift. In terms of traps, yeah J9 is pretty useless there, and less hit points can be counter acted with just learning how block and when to do it. Master that and J9 is pretty vicious.
I agree. Any Jason can be great, which is why I always struggle ranking them. When the game first came out, I only played J9, so it hurts putting him that low.
@@fotomorrow9410 Well, if you have a couple throwing knives, just let them hop back in forth a couple of time through a broken window, then just throw a knife from the opposite side.
1: I'm French, not English so sorry if I make some fault ^^ 2: For me, part 9 is by far the best Jason with part 8, they just have to be played differently. It's true that part 9 don't have a lot of traps but if you Are playing him well, they are almost useless given how much He is strong. His shift is extremely powerful and with his stalk advantage, you Can kill every monitor if you use it well! If they are running, shift grab, if they are playing with the windows, the shift is so fast that you Can travel the entire house for taking them BEFORE the animation is over, if they are all together for fighting, you juste have to Parry the hit and with his Stun resistance, you Are almost invincible! Also, the stalk is very underestimate for me by most of the player, his stalk is almost infinite if you Don't move, and instead of taking a long fight, you can just be patient and waiting for example behind the door or the window and after 30 sec MAX, you will get a free attack ( it's also one of the most satisfying thing in this game ^^ ). The thing with this Jason is that if he want to kill you, He will. He can't be stun while parrying, He can teleport at you every 15 sec and is the best for surprise attack. Maybe the other survivors are safe because of the only 3 traps, but it's only for a very short time 👽🔪
I've been using Part 2 Jason for years successfully. Lots of people hide indoors, and it's tougher to shift indoors, which is why I prefer a running Jason - you can catch people easier when they run out of stamina.
I personally love it when I see a Savini Jason in my lobby and he gets chosen to be the killer for the match. Just makes me want to kill him (Jason) that much more. My only hope is that I have other competent counselors in my lobby that are like minded who realize they have a better chance of surviving if you try to kill him instead of trying to complete objectives and escape. If you've called Tommy Jarvis and you see counselors are dropping left and right your better off trying to kill him.
They need to put Jason X in the game as well. Not talking about Uber Jason. The Jason that's in the good majority of the movie. The Jason that got frozen in cryogenic pod.
James Burgess YESSS, and you know how like if you press R3 (PS4) on part 3 jason it turns it into the blue/purple version... what if it did that but switched between the pillow case head and hockey mask
Part 9 is in the top 3 Jasons for me imo. Having shift AND stalk is a hella good combo. You can shift up to people from across the map without them knowing; it makes for a pretty good jumpscare too. +shift and +stalk is worth it for the -traps because his strengths allows him to stop a car or boat no problemo.
-traps yeah that hurts bt if you're very good with it then that's not a problem all u gotta is to kill everyone and since he got +shift and stalk then yeah thats a good combo to perform
I feel like 90% of the Jason play depends on the player, and the 10% is the Jason stats that slightly helps the player. not to brag but I can play all of the Jasons comfortably it's just a matter of being aggressive, and pushing the counselors to play defense.
thats my philosophy with running jasons vs walking jasons, and alot of the people in the "running jasons are better than walking jasons" Camp probably lost because they played walking jason(which are more stealth attack oriented)like a running jason, which the majority of have a playstyle built around putting lots of pressure onto councilors and using their abilities to confirm a kill instead of finding and catching runaways
thats exactly how it was meant to be. any Jason can overpower a group of smart players, as long as you are that extra inch smarter with how you play. thats the good thing about the game, its balanced on the thin wire of skill, not really stat indifference.
Part 6 (with the machete) is my favorite. I love the fast shift and the extra throwing knifes, both of those things stop Vanessa players, or makes them use all their med sprays. Also have the standard amount of traps.
Part 6 is my favorite Jason too! I like his gloves and tool belt, they look so practical. It was also the first zombie Jason. I had to get the Neca figure of him. It’s also my fave Friday 13th movie, it’s super funny
Part 4 for me has always been good...running massive damage and destruction. I do understand shifting also but in high level games you have to finish game asap or you will lose no matter what you play!
@@WeinerJuice He's alright. Have to keep constant pressure and be relentlessly ruthless when you come across a counselor and get them killed asap and move onto the next counselor to be effective.
Part 4 should’ve had more credit, everything else looks fine, Part 4 is an excellent slasher because as a counselor you can never get him off your back, he can run, doors mean nothing to him and he can usually slash you down in 2-3 hits. Not to mention the intimidation he bestows into counselors. The lack of traps hurts, but it’s not that bad, one trap at the phone and one at each vehicle should be enough if you are decent at the game. Definitely should be at least top 4.
Yep I wouldn’t play as any other Jason. There’s nothing faster than a Jason that can down a barricaded door in 3 hits and can run, he’s the quickest at making cabins useless therefore burning through each players stamina so much quicker
The thing is if your playing with smart players your going to get rip apart since they probably will just eat the trap and with the fact your morph just sucks you won’t be able to stop them from getting the phone or car done
Its honestly up to the player and how they play. That being said, i think part 7 is so slept on. My mans stalk, morph, shift combo is out this 🌎. Nasty sneak attacks if you know how to pull it off.
He’s the best of the -traps Jason’s and just one of the best I the game, he’s my main for awhile now, and he’s honestly well rounded and a beast if you know how to play. I’d pick him over any other Jason other than Savini or 3.
dburt0021 Weapon Strength, none of his abilities are a weakness, it’s hard to knock off his mask, water speed helps save abilities and get around, he starts with the machete. He’s just slept on.
Part 3 is actually one of the best Jason’s in the game for one reason: No weaknesses to his teleportation abilities AND he can run. People sleep on Jason being able to run because Jason runs at a speed of about 8/10, which is the speed of a jogging Bugzy, the only two counselors who can out jog a running Jason is Chad and Vanessa, meaning that Part 3 can effectively catch up to any counselor with average to low stamina, since most counselors only have a speed of about 4-5 and a stamina of 3-5, so this Jason is very good at chasing down counselors. Next is his non teleportation weaknesses and how it plays into him being able to run, he can zone counselors better than any other Jason other than Part 6/9/Savini, as they have Shift strengths, but this Jason is very good at zoning because he can run, counselors who sprint when Jason shifts are screwed if he gets too close as he can catch up much easier than the others, and if they get away, he can just shift again and zone them even more. His weaknesses aren’t even that big of a deal, Sense can be managed very easily by just tapping it every few seconds and not holding it down. Stalk is only reduced by about 30 seconds, meaning you can still stand still and get 3 minutes worth of value. Stun Resistance doesn’t matter when he enters rage, and if the counselors bully you, they only make you enter it faster. Basically, Part 3 is good because he’s one of the only Jason’s who has his cake and eat it too.
I wish this jason was unlockable at a higher lvl like part 4 since he is the best jason (part3) Bt is part 4 good as well ? Like part III? Bc j see a lot of people using him
I am planning to buy Friday the 13th the game and this helped me understand the difference between every Jason (even if I am going to main counselors since I am main killer on dbd)
The problem with Part 2 Jason is if you place the trap poorly, and then the trap is set off by a player, it’s difficult to place a new trap where the previous trap was. The old trap that was set offf is still there, sort of in the way.
All Jason's are a beast if you utilize their skillsets to your advantage. Jason part 5 (Roy) is no different. Has 5 traps, the most throwing knives, best stalk ability in the game, can run, shift is better than most other than 6, 9, Savini, water speed is decent, and his destruction is no worse than any other the other Jason's with the exception of part 4 & part 8. His mask was just recently buffed up a bit making it harder to come off and even that shouldn't be a problem if you block and not get hit.
hes not really terrifying, he looks kinda stupid to be honest. the teeth are so grunged up and dsisgusting they look like they're barely in his mouth, and his general face is just... eh. even with the mask, he just looks like 'watered' down J6
I've played this game for thousands of hours and this is my list: (I believe there was a patch after this video that significantly increased certain stats in many of the Jasons) 1. Part 3 - Probably the highest health bar, can run, weapon strength 2. Part 9 - Best Shift and Stalk, which are by far your best tools when you're a high skill Jason, and combine that with Stun Resistance and you can destroy Jason Killing teams 3. Part 8 - Similar to part 9, but less extremes in the sense that he has higher hits but not quite as good of a shift or stalk 4. Part 5 - Runs and has knives, decent traps, and never struggles on sense 5. Part 2 - Traps and the best morph are very powerful, as well as running, but the worst Shift and Hit points are rough 6. Part 4 - Lacks at higher level gameplay, shines against scrubs. Weapon strength and destruction on a jogger is dangerous, but long term gets owned by cars and cops 7. Part 6 - Wasted strength with water speed, low hits, easy stun, and being a walker make him an easy target for Jason Killers in the early game, but actually gets very dangerous late game with a great shift. The spear can be a detriment if you're not accustomed to it, but potentially the best weapon if you're adept with it 8. Part 7 - Same issues as part 6, but with less redeemable qualities I personally play Part 9 almost exclusively in the last month and have my best results with him, no question. I also refuse to play Part 3, as it feels like you're literally playing the game on easy mode with his incredible stats.
as a J6 main, having faster Shift cooldown along with extra knives make catching counselors much easier than it is for the running Jasons because you can knife toss to slow them down enough, and then shift to close the gap. While the spear seems bad at first, you'll find it can clutch alot of kills due to longer range than a machete or an axe. The main time counselors can escape you is when your Shift is on cooldown. They can get into a cabin and while you're walking to the cabin, they can barricade it up and camp there until you break in and leave immediately. When you get rage, its pretty game changing because counselors cant really hide from you anymore. I would personally put him in top A-tier, but Roy can easily be top A-tier as well
Yesterday I played as Jason for the first time in like 6 months and I played as part 9. 8 usually my go to but I killed 7/8 people because one left when I grabbed him. I killed Tommy and got him out very quick and I was doing a strategy about morphing to all 3 locations in a good amount of time. I found a Buggzy at the phone because I heard him mess up. It was a great match but they did knock my mask off real quick

Glad to see you’ve come around on part 2, you put a lot of my reasoning from my comments on the last video as your reasoning for moving him up. Nice to see you took the time to get better with him.
imo part 8 is the best because he has 5 traps, destruction, no teleportation weaknesses, he's not easy to kill and his weaknesses doesn't really effect his gameplay.
I play with all the Jason's as well but not going to lie. I like to scroll down the list and look at the other players levels before the match starts. I see a lobby stacked with a bunch of level 150's I make sure I equip my go to Jason (Part 6). I take it as a personal challenge and it ramps up my determination to kill them all. I say a few curse words under my breath directed towards them. You think your going to survive, escape, call the cops, enter my shack and try and kill me? Think again (expletives).
I myself play has all the Jasons, and all Jasons can be good or bad, just deponds on your level of experience playing and knowing how to handle the situations.
true.I main J6,and the majority of players think they have easy escapes because they saw 2 tier lists where J6 was low,and they underestimate me.usually only one or two escape, but other than that,i wipe my ass with those overconfident Shitheads
@@Countcomfortable Yeah, I wish I recorded it, but many months back I played this match has a part 6. I was up against one of the those lets kill Jason squad. Expereinced players. Damn, I was on my A game. Got all of them, didn't call Tommy, mask didn't even come off. Epic match.
Part 8 has always been my #1, until I played 2 glitching Chads and 3 Vanessas (2 separate matches). I hate glitchers and I killed one of the Chads with my shift grab, but I was unable to get the second one. Then the 3 Vanessas ran me around by the archery platform for the last 5 minutes of the game...they kept spraying each other and I was only able to kill one of them...that was about 2 weeks ago...since then I switched to J3 and I've had an easier time with him due to the ability to run. I love this game, been playing it since day 1 and I'm sad there won't be any more DLC.
I don't even entertain glitchers or give them the opportunity / time of day to waste my time. As soon as I see a counselor using the glitch slide swing I end the match. Have fun waiting in another lobby losers. Stop entertaining cheaters / glitchers. That's what they want. If you suck so bad you have to resort to using bitch tactics to play the game your not worth my time. I have the ultimate glitch for you. It's called End Match glitch. If everyone started ending the match when they come across glitchers they might think twice about using the slide glitch.
Have you guys noticed that only human Jason’s can run like part 2-5 while the zombiefied Jason’s are more intimidating since they can’t run part 6- savini
The zombie Jason's have a bigger penis. It weighs him down and slaps across his thighs and kneecaps. It causes him some form of discomfort and chaffing so he decided it's best if he just walks at a brisk pace.
9. Jason Goes to Hell Jason (Part 9) 8. New Blood Jason (Part 7) 7. Final Chapter Jason (Part 4) 6. Part 3 Jason 5. Part 2 Jason 4. A New Beggining Jason (Part 5) 3. Jason Lives Jason (Part 6) 2. JAson Takes Manhattan Jason (Part 8) 1. Savini Jason
Part 6 is my main. He can't run, but +shift makes up for that. +throwing knives is good because throwing knives are important for a jason who can't run because he wouldn't be able to catch up with basically any counselor so you would have two options you could resort to long range and put the +knives to use, or you can shift and grab and put pt 6's amazing shift to use. -defense doesn't really matter to me. -morph doesn't really matter either. I think that pt 6 is a great jason to play as.
I'm pretty much always able to kill councillors very quickly because of part 4's strengths. His lack of traps is a crutch but the way i play jason, i make it so half of the councillors are already dead before anyone starts repairing.
soggy nuggets Part 4 is an excellent slasher because as a counselor you can never get him off your back, he can run, doors mean nothing to him and he can usually slash you down in 2-3 hits. Not to mention the intimidation he bestows into counselors. Definitely should be top 4. My list: #9 Part 7 #8 Part 9 #7 Part 2 #6 Part 3 #5 Part 6 #4 Part 5 #3 Part 4 #2 Part 8 #1 Savini
My list is 1.Savini 2. Part 8 3. part 2 4. Part 9 yes he may not have alot of traps but if you learn to use his shift and stalk you can wipe out lobbies in minutes 5. Part 5 6. Part 3 7. Part 4 8. Part 7 9. Part 6 you can easily object rush him because of his bad morth
You know me always using Savini Jason but I use the pig splitter, I love getting in lobbies and ppl quit when they see him or they hate how intimidating his music is when hes chasing after a counselor.

@@brandonsavitski - "slahing him to death like a coward" You're one of those players? The objective as Jason is to kill all counselors in ANY way possible. If anything, slashing's more honorable b/c it gives a chance to fight back. If Jason grabs you without a pocket knife, you have practically no chance.
@@jacrispy3275 - Slashing isn't fun though. Also the animations and work that was put into creating the kills wasted with slash killing players. If I'm gonna die in a game I want it to be to a great animation, not a button mashing mess of a player...
Mathew C. lol look at these entitled players, wanting the killers to play how they want, I’m sorry but I don’t like slashing away but I understand why Jason’s do it, pocket knives are extremely annoying, I don’t slash I like grabbing but I’ve lost a lot of games because of it, if I would have slashed most of my games I would have killed A whole lot than usual.
Also i 100% agree on the Savini score, it is very unique compared to the other Jason's as his score causes tension to the players and from what i have seen in hundreds upon hundreds of matches played with him is that other players will panic and make mistakes because they are stressed just by the music alone.
It’s a very thoughtful list! I have always toyed around with lists, but based on how I play and with whom I use, here’s my top to bottom, 1-9: Savini Jason Part 2 Part 5 Part 8 Part 3 Part 6 Part 7 Part 9 Part 4
Same dude, Part 9 is the best idc who says otherwise, dude has legendary stealth, morph and shift, that’s all I need to win, I can’t stand Jason’s with such terrible stealth and morph, it fails at the element that makes the game terrifying and challenging. Anyone can lay a trap down, not everyone can strategically approach counselors in a off the wall angle. Now of course savani is better but I think part 9 is right there period
The entire time? How did you get to level 31 so fast? I always used to just flash up my part 9 to let people know I wasn't a noob when I used a different jason.
I like part 8 bc he can break down doors faster, catch the boat (people always try to escape boat against part 8, idk why), he doesn't have really bad negatives, he can shift pretty good, and he is just creepy in my opinion
Lol I agree with this. 2009 and Freddy Vs Jason Jason was pretty dope too, I feel like any time I ever think of Jason it just goes back to F v J movie even though it was a terrible movie, and 2009 had that dope look too.
Part 3 is amazing when smart players try to jump him. Weopon damage is the only way to go. Putting sack head Jason ahead of him is crazy. Sack head Jason gets destroyed when a car gets started. You cant double up traps.
Loved the re-ranking of the Jason's. For me, based on the ones i use the most vs the ones i don't as much my ranking would be as follows. 1. Savini 2. Part 2 3. Part 6 4. Part 8 5. Part 4 6. Part 3 7. Part 5 8. Part 7 9. Part 9 I cannot wait for Resident Evil resistance to come out and see how you rank the survivors and the masterminds.
My rank: 9. Savini (I’m sorry but water speed. Water speed as a fricking demon. However, shift is god. I haven’t used him but from gameplay I’ve seen. Lots of players escape from the boat and Savini Jason can’t catch up.) 8. Part 2 (bad shift with bad water speed. Nothing good to say except traps are increased. Endless amount indeed. He’s *ONE* of the most Jasons mostly killed due to his weaknesses.) 7. Part 4 (bad shift, bad water speed with less traps. However, destruction and weapon strength is amazing. Not gonna lie, this Jason may not be the best, but he has good kills with his main weapon, which is the pig splitter/cleaver.) 6. Part 6 (the morph was complained by others but shift is quite well with increased throwing knives. This is a Jason who is most likely to get less counsellors dead and the 2 kills with his spear is quite long. If you’re performing a kill while someone starts the car, they get their head start. I also morph to the phone box, get stunned, police on the way soon.) 5. Part 7 (Thankfully, shift was removed as a weakness, quite decent to play with good water speed and grip strength. I quite like this Jason. The kills are amazing. Especially there being a Pamela Voorhees-like kill. Knocking down the doors or walls are much more quicker. Doing that, holding whichever button you use to knock down a door or wall. Example: on PS4, hold R2. Doors also knock down faster with Roy Burns’ shears and Part 4’s pig splitter.) 4. Part 5 (This may *NOT* be Jason but stalk and throwing knife increased is brilliant. Nobody knew I was behind the other side of a door! People also said Roy was harder to kill. Stun resistance ain’t the best but I always recover quick.) 3. Part 8 (Who cares about grip strength being bad? You can get that kill quick with the door breaking down easier! The sense doesn’t bother me. It’s the skill I have as him. Aparrently, the fire axe also had a quicker knock down for doors and walls but I gotta test that next time. Kills are amazing with this Jason. One of the best I’ve seen. Using the pig splitter, shears or a machete with this Jason or Part 4 is godlike. Using the spear with this Jason is like playing with Savini but better.) 2. Part 3 (Strengths of weapon and grips are amazing. Nobody worries about the weaknesses and if you see a blood Part 3 spear user, *RUN!* Every high level likes to use Retro Jason with the spear. Anyway, seeing this Jason run is amazing and just because this is the 1st Jason you get, doesn’t mean he’s the worst. Stun resistance *AGAIN* doesn’t bother me.) 1. Part 9 (People are so mean to Part 9 Jason. I’m not. It’s my favourite. You gotta have the right skills as this Jason and you’ll be unstoppable like me. I’ve never been killed as Part 9 Jason and it’s because of the strengths and weaknesses he has. Shift and stalk. Nobody knows when I come and how I will attack. Because of this, I don’t care about my hit points. I assume less hit points either means the mask can come off easier or if you’re a slasher, you get less hit points for slashing people. Either way, it still doesn’t worry me. I never put traps down at Jason’s shack since I listen in close. Stun resistance weak or strong. I always recover quick. The theme is my favourite too.)
In my personal opinion this is my list based on my play style and experience in the game. 8. Part 4 Jason 7. Part 5 Jason 6. Part 9 Jason 5. Part 8 Jason 4. Part 3 Jason 3. Part 6 Jason 2. Part 2 Jason 1. Part 7 Jason
Part 7:
He can't protect
Or attack
but do be lookin fresh
Benwolf 7 😂😂😂 bruh
*Rotted
Stalk and shift. Works every time from long distance. Funny comment though actually got me to laugh
What about part 6

I call part 6 the Car Beater because one weird thing I notice is that anyone playing this Jason always goes for the cars. Idk why, I just noticed almost any player just goes for the car a lot.
Running isn't that big of an advantage, it's only a 11 percent speed advantage.

Naw that would be dumb cuz then the ogs have nothing to show
Tyler The Creator I played the day it came out how did u get it ?
I think Part 8's score has a similar effect to Savini's. It's very panic inducing and even distracting.
Part 8’s score is fucking terrifying
@@brandonsavitski so you're a troller?
Same here
So I'm not the only one who slashes their victims to the point thay they're limping and then I grab them? Wow. Btw I mainly play Part 4 Jason

@@markbridger1717 Part 6 or part 8.
J9 is my favorite too but how do I deal with toxic window hoppers when I play j9
@@fotomorrow9410 Well, if you have a couple throwing knives, just let them hop back in forth a couple of time through a broken window, then just throw a knife from the opposite side.
1: I'm French, not English so sorry if I make some fault ^^
2: For me, part 9 is by far the best Jason with part 8, they just have to be played differently.
Maybe the other survivors are safe because of the only 3 traps, but it's only for a very short time 👽🔪
Also it's important to take care of the Jarvis generator for not being kill but it never happened to me
I've been using Part 2 Jason for years successfully. Lots of people hide indoors, and it's tougher to shift indoors, which is why I prefer a running Jason - you can catch people easier when they run out of stamina.
I love having people freak when they see my savini it's too good lol
killachriz96 same
I personally love it when I see a Savini Jason in my lobby and he gets chosen to be the killer for the match.

P9 would be totally leveled out great if he had 5 traps. That's the only difference to make him way higher on the list.
I feel like 90% of the Jason play depends on the player, and the 10% is the Jason stats that slightly helps the player. not to brag but I can play all of the Jasons comfortably it's just a matter of being aggressive, and pushing the counselors to play defense.
Agreed, part 9 I'm actually pretty good with.
thats my philosophy with running jasons vs walking jasons, and alot of the people in the "running jasons are better than walking jasons" Camp probably lost because they played walking jason(which are more stealth attack oriented)like a running jason, which the majority of have a playstyle built around putting lots of pressure onto councilors and using their abilities to confirm a kill instead of finding and catching runaways
thats exactly how it was meant to be. any Jason can overpower a group of smart players, as long as you are that extra inch smarter with how you play. thats the good thing about the game, its balanced on the thin wire of skill, not really stat indifference.
Part 7 is very underrated. If you can sense someone you can get to them. You don't even have to stalk to shift grab counselors out of nowhere.
Part 6 (with the machete) is my favorite. I love the fast shift and the extra throwing knifes, both of those things stop Vanessa players, or makes them use all their med sprays. Also have the standard amount of traps.
How do U get the machete or different weapons
Pumped 999 u get it at level 113

Facts. Part 4 Jason is the best one in my opinion.
Don’t forget his sense, too!! (best in the game)
dburt0021 Weapon Strength, none of his abilities are a weakness, it’s hard to knock off his mask, water speed helps save abilities and get around, he starts with the machete.
I wish this jason was unlockable at a higher lvl like part 4 since he is the best jason (part3)
Bt is part 4 good as well ? Like part III?
Bc j see a lot of people using him
Part 8 was always my favorite one to use. Most times I used him I was able to kill every counselor.
It is kind of weird because your favorite one is 8 when your profile is 7
I am planning to buy Friday the 13th the game and this helped me understand the difference between every Jason (even if I am going to main counselors since I am main killer on dbd)
The problem with Part 2 Jason is if you place the trap poorly, and then the trap is set off by a player, it’s difficult to place a new trap where the previous trap was. The old trap that was set offf is still there, sort of in the way.
Part 5 gang he’s so perfect and balanced feeling
I think the reason why people hate part 5 is the fact that he's not even Jason and he's better than most
Part 5 is underrated as the movie too
All Jason's are a beast if you utilize their skillsets to your advantage.
He's too good. I've never had anyone escape against me as Part 5. In fact the only Jason I really have lost as is Part 4, he's probably the worst

Part 8 Jason FTW. That's also the most terrifying Jason in the films imo
hes not really terrifying, he looks kinda stupid to be honest. the teeth are so grunged up and dsisgusting they look like they're barely in his mouth, and his general face is just... eh. even with the mask, he just looks like 'watered' down J6
I've played this game for thousands of hours and this is my list:
(I believe there was a patch after this video that significantly increased certain stats in many of the Jasons)
1. Part 3 - Probably the highest health bar, can run, weapon strength
2. Part 9 - Best Shift and Stalk, which are by far your best tools when you're a high skill Jason, and combine that with Stun Resistance and you can destroy Jason Killing teams
3. Part 8 - Similar to part 9, but less extremes in the sense that he has higher hits but not quite as good of a shift or stalk
4. Part 5 - Runs and has knives, decent traps, and never struggles on sense
5. Part 2 - Traps and the best morph are very powerful, as well as running, but the worst Shift and Hit points are rough
6. Part 4 - Lacks at higher level gameplay, shines against scrubs. Weapon strength and destruction on a jogger is dangerous, but long term gets owned by cars and cops
7. Part 6 - Wasted strength with water speed, low hits, easy stun, and being a walker make him an easy target for Jason Killers in the early game, but actually gets very dangerous late game with a great shift. The spear can be a detriment if you're not accustomed to it, but potentially the best weapon if you're adept with it
8. Part 7 - Same issues as part 6, but with less redeemable qualities
I personally play Part 9 almost exclusively in the last month and have my best results with him, no question. I also refuse to play Part 3, as it feels like you're literally playing the game on easy mode with his incredible stats.
My main is part 6 big and intimidating compared to the rest other than Savini
Same
as a J6 main, having faster Shift cooldown along with extra knives make catching counselors much easier than it is for the running Jasons because you can knife toss to slow them down enough, and then shift to close the gap.
You know me always using Savini Jason but I use the pig splitter, I love getting in lobbies and ppl quit when they see him or they hate how intimidating his music is when hes chasing after a counselor.
Bring back the DLC Savini jason 🔥🔥🔥🔥pls he looks scary as hell
Just get it off Ebay for 15 or 20 dollars

3rd Part 8
4th Part 7
5th Part 9
6th Part 4
7th Part 3
8th Part 5
Im about to watch the video now
My opinion:
Worst ones:
8: Part 7 (less traps, and his strengths aren't that good)
7: Part 3 (Usually for beginners)
6: Part 5 (Easiest one to kill)
Best ones:
5: Part 9 (Shift and stun resistance combined)
4: Part 6 (All strengths are a good combination)
3: Part 2 (With his strengths he is considered a trapper)
2: Part 4 (Running and destruction together is usually the best combo)
1: Part 8 (Destruction and his weaknesses does not hinder his gameplay)
lmao i killed you on fd13 on pc as a machete wielding savini jason name is Zim idk if you remember but yah....lol ...but nice content man keep it up~
Did you slash him to death like a coward or did you kill him honorably with a grab kill or use an environmental kill is the real question?
@@brandonsavitski - "slahing him to death like a coward"
You're one of those players? The objective as Jason is to kill all counselors in ANY way possible. If anything, slashing's more honorable b/c it gives a chance to fight back. If Jason grabs you without a pocket knife, you have practically no chance.
@@jacrispy3275 - Slashing isn't fun though. Also the animations and work that was put into creating the kills wasted with slash killing players. If I'm gonna die in a game I want it to be to a great animation, not a button mashing mess of a player...
@@pezze345 same here man I wanna go down in a cool way
Mathew C. lol look at these entitled players, wanting the killers to play how they want, I’m sorry but I don’t like slashing away but I understand why Jason’s do it, pocket knives are extremely annoying, I don’t slash I like grabbing but I’ve lost a lot of games because of it, if I would have slashed most of my games I would have killed A whole lot than usual.
part 7 - part 4 - part 9 - part 2 - part 8 - part 5 - part 6 - part 3 - savini
Riley I love ya brother...But how dare you put Ted White that low!!! 😳😳😳😳
Also i 100% agree on the Savini score, it is very unique compared to the other Jason's as his score causes tension to the players and from what i have seen in hundreds upon hundreds of matches played with him is that other players will panic and make mistakes because they are stressed just by the music alone.
Re-rank the counsellors 🙌🏼
It’s a very thoughtful list!
I have always toyed around with lists, but based on how I play and with whom I use, here’s my top to bottom, 1-9:
Savini Jason
Part 2
Part 5
Part 8
Part 3
Part 6
Part 7
Part 9
Part 4
My rank
#8 Part 4
#7 Part 2
#6 Part 9
#5 Part 3
#4 Part 6
#3 Part 8
#2 Part 5
#1 Part 7
Part 4 Is The Best Jason
@@horrorfruit1892 I know right I use him all the time
Love this ranking , we need a 2022 update for the players who are still here 🙌🏻
Feels bad since I was a part 9 main the whole time 900 hrs i played xD.
Same here lol😂
Muy list Is :
The best to worst
1 - Savini
2- Part 3
3- Part 8
4- Part 9
5- Part 6
6- Part 2
7- Part 5
8- Part 7
9- Part 4
Savini, all the way baby! 🔥
I like part 8 bc he can break down doors faster, catch the boat (people always try to escape boat against part 8, idk why), he doesn't have really bad negatives, he can shift pretty good, and he is just creepy in my opinion
Honestly. I would love to see Dead by Daylight content on this channel.
The lack of 2009 jason makes me sad
Lol I agree with this. 2009 and Freddy Vs Jason Jason was pretty dope too, I feel like any time I ever think of Jason it just goes back to F v J movie even though it was a terrible movie, and 2009 had that dope look too.
It might happen if they win the lawsuit
They couldnt do before the lawsuit cuz those jasons are under an different license. thats wat they said at least.
1. Savini
2. Part 2
3. Part 6
4. Part 8
5. Part 4
6. Part 3
7. Part 5
8. Part 7
9. Part 9
I cannot wait for Resident Evil resistance to come out and see how you rank the survivors and the masterminds.
Part 4 Jason would literally be the best Jason if his shift was good, his less traps and water speed wouldn't be a bother
To be honest in my opinion I reckon that Savini Jason with pig splitter is unstoppable.
you would think the jason whose mask is literally imbedded in his face would be less likely to have his mask knocked off.
My rank:
9. Savini (I’m sorry but water speed. Water speed as a fricking demon. However, shift is god. I haven’t used him but from gameplay I’ve seen. Lots of players escape from the boat and Savini Jason can’t catch up.)
8. Part 2 (bad shift with bad water speed. Nothing good to say except traps are increased. Endless amount indeed. He’s *ONE* of the most Jasons mostly killed due to his weaknesses.)
7. Part 4 (bad shift, bad water speed with less traps. However, destruction and weapon strength is amazing. Not gonna lie, this Jason may not be the best, but he has good kills with his main weapon, which is the pig splitter/cleaver.)
6. Part 6 (the morph was complained by others but shift is quite well with increased throwing knives. This is a Jason who is most likely to get less counsellors dead and the 2 kills with his spear is quite long. If you’re performing a kill while someone starts the car, they get their head start. I also morph to the phone box, get stunned, police on the way soon.)
5. Doors also knock down faster with Roy Burns’ shears and Part 4’s pig splitter.)
4. Part 5 (This may *NOT* be Jason but stalk and throwing knife increased is brilliant. Nobody knew I was behind the other side of a door! People also said Roy was harder to kill. Stun resistance ain’t the best but I always recover quick.)
3. Using the spear with this Jason is like playing with Savini but better.)
2. Stun resistance *AGAIN* doesn’t bother me.)
8. Part 4 Jason
7. Part 5 Jason
6. Part 9 Jason
5. Part 8 Jason
4. Part 3 Jason
3. Part 6 Jason
2. Part 2 Jason
1. Part 7 Jason
My opinion from worst to best:
Part 7
Part 3
Part 9
Part 5
Part 2
Part 4
Part 6
Part 8
I don't have savini Jason so I didn't list him.
thanks for sharing! this gets a new subscriber
When I play part 4 I only trap the phone cause I need to save those traps so I don't waste them on car cause it ain't worth it
"Part 9 has his mask come off in two hits"
Bots: Take 100 hits to take my mask off, even with Tommy using a machete or axe.
