Man.....nothing beats a brew day, but this was far more peaceful than what I experience

Small brews at home. Something that I want to get into myself but life is crazy busy. Teaching 5 days a week, working at a brewery (serving, bartending, managing, and making vids for my co-workers/public) and life in general. Helped on one 20 barrel brew this past summer with our brewers. Gives a whole new light into the hard work and dedication involved...the love and the passion all starts at home though. Great video that says a lot without saying a word.

So I'm stealing that move with the bucket and the grain basket. I usually try to dump it straight into a garbage bin, but the last two brews with 20+ lbs of grain I missed a bit and ended up with wet grain on the garage floor.
Ya, even the bucket doesn’t fit the 20gallon Clawhammer basket great. I think I’ll upgrade to like a cement mixing plastic tub. I hate getting sticky wort everywhere, cheers 🍻

I just finished off the brewday and sat down to watch you doing the same. I also just used the smaller hole in the top of the all-rounder + hop bong, as the top is a pain to get on and off. Think you have come to the same conclusion. (Due to the screw ring getting stuck if you do not remove the posts). Why did you take off the straps before putting the fermenter into the keezer? Despite this, I love the all rounder.
Nice!!! Hope your brewday went well! Ya I’ve had some troubles with that lid and holding pressure. Actually took it off and switched back to the old lid. That’s why the straps came off, I tried hooking up to add a bit of pressure so there wouldn’t be suck back and had to switch the lid so I took off the straps since I was monkeying around with it. Didn’t hurt the beer though 🤣 guess that’s all that really matter 🤣

What are you adding to the grains at 4:30? Cos I thought the water salts were already in the mash water 🤔
