Circus 1 - Music from Treasure Cove!

Treasure Cove! is an educational computer game intended to teach children reading and oceanography, released in 1992 by The Learning Company. An enhanced version was released in 1994, and this music is from that version.
On level two there's a circus, featuring sea stars doing various stunts and tricks. Further into the game the circus would get its own multiplier gem. Two songs were used for the circus, and this is the first.

This must have been the only track that made it into the game as a possible indicator of a time when it was thought that the music of Treasure Cove would consist of rearrangements of classical pieces à la Treasure Mountain.
