Plans do matter, you know you think i just have to start phir sab hojayega. Thats a rare concept, you will feel lost, you will feel empty of thoughts, burnouts will happen and it'll all affect you. As when we think positively, we have a firm belive " MAI TOU KARLUNGA YA KARLUNGI KESE BHI". Its good but till when? Ab if you are beginner you don't know how to plan, this hit and trial method will work for you. Planning plays the most crucial role, where you keep record of your activities, you know the amount of time to reach big vision by stepping on small goals, how you can get that in your routine. It will not be only 1 plan, with every stop there will be revised plans. So, 'Just do it' method is best (until it doesn't affect your mental power). Whereas Planning makes your steps smarter. The issue is that I also pushed myself as much as my friends did in the tech field, and now they are getting placed in top MNCs. Brother how to achieve consistency and how to overcome procastination : as i am a jee aspirant i am a dropper and i must be study 10hours a day but how ?
I haven’t done it myself in studies so I don’t want you to think that I am scholar or something, but to answer usually the motivator for me is constant deadline, and they are often provided by the environment, so find a group of people in the library so that it becomes a race of who reaches the library first and stays till the end, then your vibe will attract your tribe and you will get people who keep you accountable and instead of just hours it will become a game of how much do you absorb and learn (till here is the easy part) Then, once you get into this zone, it will feel like taking a break, don’t, instead become resourceful where you guide and contribute to other people’s success with whatever you have and this will give you different level of learning and flow, then just enjoy the ride and don’t quit

So there is this book called the daily stoic which gave me the initial idea, but a lot of the thought process comes from either some webpages that I read or some conversations that I had I do a lot of discussions because before I make this video so I just say 95% of the ideas come from there
