Whoa..ok I saw this last week at Wal-Mart up on a high shelf, I spotted "Nailed It!" and a one or two others but they had released a bunch of others with the decorated cap done up in hearts. Like Licorice and few others from their core line, I just assumed they were all from the core line and passed on it. BTW , no one up here got the Essie spring collection in until yesterday, I'm serious, I was looking everywhere! I bought four of them and when I got home I noticed that "Tears Of Joy" was just about a dead on dupe for Zoya's 'Leslie" I did swatch sticks of both and my husband couldn't tell them apart, the only difference I spotted was that Leslie had a blue shimmer and Tears was green , but you really have to look.
I saw this collection was released in the UK in year or two ago so I’m glad they finally released these here in the US. My Target hasn’t had the wrapped bottles but I saw someone on Instagram with the wrapped ones and I need them ASAP!
I’ve seen these at Walmart, Target, and Walgreen’s in the Midwest (Omaha). Target has one of them in a wrap (Congrats I think), and Walmart had another in a wrap (Birthday Girl I think). Edit: Target had Congrats and Birthday Girl in and out of wraps on 3/29.
I really like that you compared "Congrats" with the texture polish. I would have associated them as well. "Congrats" reminds me of my bottle of "On a Silver Platter", just without the gold shimmer.

Sheer Luck amd Birthday Girl must be part of my next purchase. I am always looking for a good sheer milky shade to wear to work. Birthday Girl maaaay be a wee bit too glittery for work but... And Nailed It may need to come home with me too. Dang it!!
There’s also a Sally Hansen hard as nails shade called “ice queen” that’s also very similar. I have it in my collection and it’s what I immediately thought of.
I believe it’s called On a Silver Platter and it’s beautiful..it’s looks just like congrats but better at least the way I can see congrats from the video not in person.
I agree it looks similar in the bottle! But I have "A touch of sugar" on my nails right now and it is much more opaque. it has a creamy peachy-nude base. I got it opaque in 2 coats

I thought this line was an old line that I missed. I had no idea it was a new line. I bought Congrats, Bithday Girl, and that red one. I swatched them at home and returned them straight to the store for a refund. There is no Wow factor to this line what's so ever. Everything is Just Blah. I would have really like if they lost the red in Congrats and gave it something to Sparkle in the sun. I'm so disappointed in Essie, seems like they just keep repeating the same old colors. I starting to lean towards Indies this year.
