    Until I heard Polina play, I did not know it was possible for ethereal music to come from the soul of a human being, even a woman as beautiful as Polina.

    What a wonderful performance! Technically this piece isn’t all that demanding which is why I’m having a bash at it. Polina’s version changes the last bar 19 and then repeats from bar 16 to 19 (the most lovely and dramatic ones) which extends the pleasure of listening to her. Or are there different versions of it? The longer the better, I say!

      I think it's a lot tougher than it looks on paper - keeping the melodic line separate and holding back on the harmonies - takes a lot of practice to get it consistent - or at least that's been the case for me.
