If you read the dialogue when Remi is giving iron he says “ here is wrought iron curtesy of Mr McDuck”. So perhaps it is not Remi being stingy but instead it’s Scrooge. Lol
Ursula does the magic that Merlin refuses to do! She broke Gothel’s spell and continues to do things for you as long as you help her out to. She’s a little snarky, but ultimately harmless.
Stitch has the best conversations and outfits
I like the idea of ranking the houses not only to see which ones you can interact with but to see some I might have missed!! Another one would be to just go through past star path items maybe 1 for cloths one for furniture?
Mickey and Minnie are top tier for me. Imagine the valley without them. They're soooooo cute😊

My most valued members are Kristoff and his Stall (I wish we had a second one for the Eternity Isle items) plus Ariel with her Crafting Station being accessible from anywhere in the Valley.
I agree, they should add more friendship levels/quests to each villager. Maybe have Fairy Godmother be involved in more of the usual Dreamlight mystery quests to give poor Merlin a little break.
WallE will forever be S Tier I just love him too much. He is soooo stinking cute.
Elsa having the personality of a cardboard in this game is accurate, since she has none in the movies 😂. I like Anna a lot more because her dialogue is a little more engaging.
I wish we could have additional of Kristoff's stall, Moana's Boat, and Wall-e's garden in the expansion.

Wow this video really reminded me how little rhey actually do with the characters in terms of writing. I think they really need to focus on more evenly spreading out the characters and roles they play in the story
Yeah, I agree. There are a few characters who are heavily involved in just about everything and then almost everyone else is sidelined outside of their individual friendship quests.
The only F-tier for me is the Forgotten (you didn't add them), and my S-tier characters would be those who I feel the game needs for content (Scrooge for store, Goofy for stalls, Remy for cooking and Merlin for knowledge and needed magic). If I am ranking my who I like, my "top" villagers would include Stitch, Olaf and WallE, and my bottom villagers would include Mother and again, the Forgotten. Everyone else falls between A-C for me. Fun video! :)
Your tiers are far closer to my preferences than Serroh's choices. I love Minnie and Eva as they have been so helpful (and fun!) in my game, especially when obtaining Mist. I also like Daisy a lot whereas I'm not enthralled with any of the Little Mermaid characters. Also, many of my preferences have changed up and down the top 3 tiers over the course of the years since early release. :)

@@serenav8029 Yes, but since the game has them act independently as a character in the valley, I added them to my list because they drive me nuts (grin). :)

Yes I definitely banish the Forgotten to their area even though sometimes they seem to sneak out lol! But yeah definitely not for me
It would also be a lot of fun to see you do a list/ranking just like this of characters that might come to the game in the future.
Honestly my favorites are mirabel, jack skellington, Ariel, Merlin, Mulan and mushu, Elsa, scar, wall e, stitch and Moana.
oh to hear Gaston's response to being labeled as "average." LOL!
You should rank House Dream Styles and Character Dream Styles too
once they give us all parts to storybook vale and all their Id love to see the updated tier list

Oh yeah and Gaston annoys me but he also cracks me up with his laugh and flexing his muscles so I’d have to move him up to beloved😂😂
Rank the friendship quests by how fun they are
Mulans booth is so pointless to me. Who’s buying tea leaves every day? Now if she were selling ACTUAL ready made tea, that gives energy (you know? Caffeine?) I would like it.

Suggestion for the next ranking is that you wait until next year

The only character I put in my S tier is Nala. Hopefully she’ll be joined by some characters that I’m hoping for are added in the near future.
Before Dreamlight Valley, I had no real opinion on Donald Duck. Now, I hate him so much. I lock him in his house because his constant temper tantrums are too much.
I agree with Donald for sure. Also, you are so right about Eve. I never want to hang out with her because she always looks sad 😕

Morning Serroh. This looks like so much fun and I really want to do it along with you while I watch but I cant find one with all the characters. Did you have to add them manually or is there something I'm missing?
I pretty much agree with this list rating, except for me I would put Donald to F tier😁His tantrums drive me crazy so I keep him on his house😂Maui’s animations annoy me too and he’s always in the way so he also stays in his house. Jack creeps me out so he’d have to go in F tier for me as well🤭Eric is forgettable for me. Oswald is my #1 favorite villager!❤️

I can’t stand when people do tier lists and make the top tier RED 🤬 red usually symbolizes something bad so why is it used to signify BEST?! lol i haaateeee itttt

Not for me- Sulley, he gets on my nerves with his tip toe stuff, Gaston annoys me so much, maui has much as I use him for fishing ...he annoys me when he bangs on his chest
and gets in my way lol

My villagers rankings are sort of based a little differently. I would have Merlin and Fairy Godmother as S-Tier because of how valuable they are in my story. Gaston and Gothel would be at the bottom of my list because Gaston's ego is obnoxious to me and Gothel is just...Grr!!! Gets under my skin SO easily! The rest are somewhere in the middle, but Vanellope and Mike are pretty close to the least favorite, because of their constant and grating dialogue. That's my two cents at least. :)
I would put characters that give me more content as S tier (Scrooge, Goofy, Remy, Daisy, Kristoff, Wall E etc)
While Eve & the Toy story characters are kind of forgettable for me
A lot of the female villains & princess characters are high up in A & B but that's because favored designs & I love me some Ursula & Mother Gothel (even got Ursula's human form because it adds so much for me visually)
C is most male characters but again I am just your average bisexual who is biased towards those pretty dresses.
My S tie is mickey minnie oswald nala stitch ursula wally merlin. Valued donald scrooge aeriel rapunzel eve jack belle beast vanellope. B is gaston moana mulan. D is woody monsters buzz. F is forgotten - kids stopped playing bc of forgotten and I just ignore but annoying

for me i play dreamlight vally because of the quests and storyline i hate decorating and dont care for the clothes and i dont even know what dream snap is and how to do it. i have replayed the game two times now and venelope is the most annoying and useless character ever. i litterally forget she is there because half of the time she is invisible and her voice is to annoying. i dont multiply either i don´t know how to visit other players and such.
so for me i have very different characters as S top tier. i think merlin and ursula is the top and i also like fairy godmother she is usefull with the forgotten but after that she don´t have a purpose anymore. Goofy and the rat and everyone who has a stall or business besides daisy is a top tier too. and also elsa i like her a lot her olaf and scar is essential to the storyline. also rammy must be the most useful actually because his restaurant help provide friendships for all charecters. both food orders and favorite gifts. the most pretty character has to be tatiana i love her whole look and her buildings is amazing but for story she is not really useful it´s more another way of serving meals more often and the palace has a great ambiance in the vally. but how come she isn´t in this? is she that new? i got my game this dec so i am not sure who came last. also i hope they do more quests or catastrophe in the vally because after the storyline is over you move to the other worlds and you dont come back often.
