It's nice to know they put the same amount of effort in psychoticly chasing down criminals other than the player. In Skyrim, half the time the guards see you chased by a bandit, they're like, "Not my problem."
Eh. You can lure vampires at night that are near outside Whiterun and the guards will attack them. Same with luring the giants from the nearby camp. Bandits it can happen too, but it’s harder because they tend to either spawn farther away from guards or don’t get kite as much

I love how completely nuts NPC's are in this game. If you've done something to offend them,they'll chase you to the end of the world and won't stop at nothing,even if attacked by other wildlife or guards/bandits.

Whats interesting is that on my high level character he has a bounty of 500,000 gold and I saw a imperial horseman and he did'nt even try to arrest me lmao then I spoke to him and he gave his normal speech so I chose go to jail. I ended up in Bruma and since Ithe Nord guy in there from the Thieves guild quest was dead the guard opened the door I walked out and he didn't even bother to arrest me either. I was attacked by all the guards upstairs though then the game froze. Alas the old end game file too many blocks used freeze and unplayable bug.
Being honest, my first time playing Morrowind, I ran into him as I left a dungeon and freaked out cuz he started out charging at me so I ran a bit, turned to face him, listened to his bit, told him no and went bananas!

I aggroed a Unicorn once and it chased me all the way to Bravil, I then rode it to Leyawiin and made it die from fall damage.
